These guys take your money and if they screw up they drop you! They took my filter cover off then put it in incorrectly so the filter wasn’t running properly then when I told them about it and that my water smelled like mildew they dropped us! James is a complete jerk! I told him my sick daughter needs a clean hot tub as that’s the only relief from excruciating bone pain and he said she shouldn’t be going in the hot tub and continue to say he can’t “satisfy our needs” so we were dropped immediately! Our needs was simply for them to do what they were hired to do, and we were even nice about it but he was a complete jerk! Avoid!!!

Jim, Communication and scheduling were excellent. Quickly diagnosed, solved problem, and provided great recommendations. Highly recommended, and will definitely use again if there are any future needs.

Excellent!!! I had a minor freeze last December in our Jacuzzi J-365 but was able to drain it and keep things warm for the rest of the winter. I opened it up this summer and repaired a leaky hose joint but still had an error code on the display. I had trouble with the local folks we bought it from. They were either not interested or very slow to respond. After 9 months I finally found Spa Squad via Angie's List. Jim asked about the failure and what the current error code was. He was here in maybe 3 days to replace the circulation pump which probably caused the initial failure. It's not easy because we had the deck built around our tub but Jim took it all in stride and had it running in less than an hour. We're excited to maybe be in it tonight!!!

A nice young man came to complete the job. It went well although I’m not confident he cleaned the tub as well as described. Although, I would and most likely will hire them again.

Repair was done to our satisfaction and maintenance is going well! We would recommend them! I don't know what we are paying so that's the reason I gave a B rating for that.

They are awesome. Fair pricing, was able to fix the leak and provided guidance on other things since spas are new to us.

The technician came out and diagnosed a problem with the pump. He offered to repair it but suggested for me to contact the manufacturer for warranty. (I followed his advice and it was repaired for free :) The technician was professional and provided good advice. The only issue was that his scheduler had him come out early. When I got home he had already left. But he came back when I called him.

Great! He came on a Saturday to install new jets and they work great.

They were great the first time so we used them again. Thanks Jeff for the great work. Even allowed me to mail in my payment. I appreciate that they aren't gimmicky and don't try to sell you things you don't need.

Absolutely the best spa service in the state. I have been using Jim for over twenty years and he has NEVER disappointed. Professional, punctual, and very reasonably priced for the services provided.

They came out the same day and fixed it.

Problem was intermittent. He inspected control box,and thought motor sounded fine. Wet end showed signs of leak and recommended replacement (although he couldn't say for certain it was the cause of the overheating). Came back a week later and installed wet end. Everything seemed fine but later that day the motor was squealing. Recommended new motor. Installed new motor a week later, and all seems well one month later. These parts do wear out.

He was very honest and up front with me on what the cost was going to be, which was very much appreciated.. so instead of fixing it we decided to get rid of it because of the cost.

Spa Squad did a wonderful job of a thorough cleaning and refill of our hot tub. We had been busy with other priorities and the hot tub maintenance got away from us. By time Jim got done with it, our hot tub/spa was like new again. Jim is a pro. He knows hot tubs. We liked his work so much that we signed up now for his company to maintain our hot tub. Now we know our hot tub is good to go whenever we want to enjoy it. I recommend Jim and Spa Squad to any owner of a hot tub.

1. They notified me when they were able to get access to pick up the spa from the distribution hub.
2. They caught the fact that the distribution group tried to send out the wrong spa
3. They arrived to deliver as expected and on-time
4. They moved it around and into place
5. They almost made it look easy!

I hope i don't need to call them again, but if I NEED to, I'll be very glad to trust in them again.

I came out to to use the spa on Friday, only to find the water ice cold, and the power off.  I had no idea how to even start searching for a repair service, so I joined Angie's List that day, and found Spa Squad was very highly rated, so I called them up. They were very nice on the phone, and were able to get to me Monday morning.   I'd assumed it was a short in the electrical, but it turned out that it was the pump. They had the part I needed on their truck (even though I told them it was an electrical problem) and replaced it.  Whole thing took less than an hour.  Couldn't be happier!

I have used Jim and his crew for over ten years and two different hot tubs.

Quick response. Evaluated options based on what the problem appeared to be.
Could have charged me much more (new pump, etc..), but found a wiring short and repaired it at minimal cost.
