Responsive and good communicator

The driver went off my driveway at least twice, the broke the new asphalt. The driver said,â  this type of thing happens but, we will take care of it. â  I called and spoke with my representative, ARI. He said, that was not their policy but, he would get it repaired. Itâ  s been two months. I have not heard back from the company or ARI.

Ari is great and would respond promptly.

Responsiveness and explanations were exceptional. Answered my questions and call backs directly, factually, with excellent listening skills. Drivers did a perfect job with box placement and on-time delivery. Equipment was all up to date. Courteous people. Given my values , they were worth the few extra dollars when compared to the "low ballers" experienced in the past. Companies and people deserve good pay for good work delivered.

All of the Edina Seasonal personnel I interfaced with were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They said they would deliver the roll off by 7:45 Monday morning and they were there right on time. The driver expertly placed the roll off exactly where I wanted. He was very friendly and did a great job. We got done early and we called for an early pick-up. They were there within the hour. Again, this driver was very friendly and expertly picked up the roll off. I highly recommend Edina Seasonal and will use them again, if the need arises.

They are the best at communicating - initial call, advance check in to see if we were still on schedule and at arrival. Careful for the trees and dumpster placement. A real service organization! Plus, very personable.
