They were very professional and excellent to work with.

My husband and I moved to Chanhassen in the past year. We chose Victory as our local go-to garage based on the numerous "A" reviews on Angie's List. I have not been disappointed and echo the comments of the many reviews listed here. Our interactions have with Victory have been nothing but professional and friendly. My car, a 2001 Toyota Corolla, has close to 130,000 miles on it. Victory has been good on recommending short-term and long-term maintenance on my vehicle and has never pressured service. They have been accommodating and I feel that they are honest and want to build a long-term customer relationship.

It was an easy experience and they were finished in about an hour. They were very punctual. I scheduled it the day before and they were able to get me in at their second location. I find their prices to be reasonable and are actually less than where I was bringing my car previously. I would recommend them to others.

They have done outstanding work for me. Everything turned out great. They are outstanding guys to work with. I have an older vehicle and I trust them to do good work. Their communication is excellent and their service men are very well trained.

It was great! They stand behind their work for two years. They loaned us a loaner car because the work was going to take several hours. What I liked about them is that they showed me everything that it needed. I liked their integrity and their honest prices. There were no surprises. They did what they said they were going to do and the car is running perfectly.

They are great! They made some recommendations about my dealership warranty and I appreciate it. I think they do good work. I think they could provide some discounts to frequent customers.

It went fine. I made an appointment. They were ready for me when I came. It only took about 20 minutes. They did everything and then did a check of everything. They pointed out a couple of things that I might want to address in the future. It wasn't anything urgent but something down the line. They were very friendly. I liked the fact that they didn't try to push extra things.

I can not say anything but good things about their service. They are fantastic. They did a really good job. They were fast and very professional.

The oil changes and brake work was fine however, the other mechanical work I wasn't 100% comfortable with what they were doing. I had a front end alignment and I don't think it was done well. I would go back there for an oil change and brake work but not for any mechanical work.

The people at Victory have integrity and went above and beyond to make sure that my tires were properly installed and that I made it to Thanksgiving.

They looked for a motor and they weren't able to find one. I took the van to Firestone and they found a motor but couldn’t get it running. I took it back to Victory and they were able to get it running. It runs great now. I am very very pleased with their service.

Everything went well. Victory offered good customer service and did a good job with the repair.

They worked with us on our decision and got the work done quickly. They were upfront about how much it would cost and guaranteed the work for 90 days. Their price was about average - it was what anyone else would have charged. I would use them again in the future if necessary.
