Description of Work: Chad put in the bathroom in a basement remodel. He also replaced a faulty garbage disposal.

 + -1 moreWe were extremely pleased with the quality of plumbing work done. Everything went smoothly. The only problem we had at all was the lack of communication regarding scheduling for the work to be done. I had to contact him several times to get a date for the work to be done. He had told me he would call back on a certain date when he had a better idea of what his schedule was, and didn't call back. I recall I had to call him. This happened twice. We also wanted some other work done and again had problems getting him to return calls. We did not have him do the other job.
Description of Work: We had several old valves replaced in our house which we were given an estimate on, something not all plumbers are willing to do. Since the price was reasonable, we had him change out 1 or 2 other old valves which he had agreed to do prior to the actual day of service.

 + 0 moreThe proprietor is Chad Erickson. It was his father's. I think his father retired. His name was Don Erickson. It was a very difficult job. Chad figured it out. He figured out where the spot was. He had to go in through some tile which he did all the work on. He didn't ruin anything. We found out we had a defective brass fitting which is actually a manufacturing defect. Not only did he get that shut off and fixed, he also got the manufacturers to send us out another fitting for nothing as a warranty perk. I highly recommend him. His company is very good. He does good personal service. He cares about what he is doing and he knows his craft. The price was excellent for all the labor hours. He called me back a number of times and got in touch to make sure it was doing alright. Whenever he said he was going to be here, at that time he was here. I would definitely use him again in the future.
Description of Work: Cedar Plumbing in Cedar Minnesota did a major faucet repair of an interior faucet leak in a bathroom inside the wall. It was leaking into the basement.
