Preston Electric of Minnesota

We do not recommend them for anything. They said they were going to be there but were not there. They had excuses for everything. We have never even seen his electrical permit. They called us and said they would be here in an hour for the final work to be done. We can’t be there in an hour and need at least 3 days notice to be ready but they didn’t do it and came up with something in the last minute just like a control freak. When the stuff was being done it had to be redone and the stuff that was supposed to be working in the house isn’t. We have been calling the electrical inspector to come out but he said he can’t come out until Preston calls him. He is worried that we won’t pay him because Preston had overcharged us. They were double billing us and showed him the cancelled cheque. They told us that we owed them a particular amount of money but didn’t know that we paid them for it. We just want him out of our lives and can’t stand them. Our overall experience with them has been lousy.
