Veteran Shredding

Contractor showed up on site, provided instructions on what he was going to do, how the paper was going to be shredded and disposed of and proceeded to shred the paper while I watched. The whole event took about 1/2 hour beginning to end. Very professional.

Purchased a Big Deal through Angies List $79 for Mobile Shredding. I was able to schedule a pickup the next Friday. David was very nice to deal with. Great to have a shredder that will service homes.

Dave called to schedule a time to be at my house for on-site shredding. I had a very specific date I needed to get the job done. He was able to accommodate my request by providing a truck to pick up the documents and bring them to the mobile shredder. There was a slight mix up with the time but it worked out ok. His brother-in-law was here by 9:00, and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He was very friendly, efficient and professional. We are combining 2 households and had quite a lot to dispose of. I would definitely use these guys again-they were great!

Dave contacted me shortly after my purchase, but I wasn't ready, so the work had to wait. When I contacted Dave once I was ready, the work was scheduled within 2 weeks. He came to my house, put the papers into the bin, and invited me to watch the camera with him so I could see my papers going through the shredder. He also explained how the paper would be handled once he left my house. Dave was very pleasant and informative. I am confident that my private documents have been destroyed in a manner that protects my privacy.

Highly recommend, I will definitely use them again! All documents are loaded and shredded right before your eyes. Very friendly, too. One of the best service experiences I've had.

Dave was very personable, kept in communication about scheduling, showed up within the window of time he had given us in spite of some vehicle problems. His charming son Jacob was with him to help. Work was done quickly and efficiently. We were able to actually see our documents being eaten by the machinery inside the truck, so no concerns about compromising our privacy. Price was more than fair. will use again.

I was very impressed with their operation. They worked with me to find a time to schedule the shredding and were very accommodating! I saw first hand the documents being shredded on my premise. I plan on using them for future and highly recommend them.

They were excellent to work with. They were very patient on getting something schedule with me and very responsive to my emails. They were professional. They were able to come out to my home and I got to watch them shred my documents.

They drove the truck right to the garage, Hauled several boxes of old business papers and shredded them right there, while we watched. Cool truck, good service.

Update: veteran shredding has taken exception to my comments so I would like to clarify. My disappointment was largely due to my expectations that were not met regarding cardboard. I suggested clarification in advertising and also confirmation of appointment the day prior or morning of service. The driver was certainly courteous and did his job professionally. The scheduling process was less than smooth. I would choose not to shred that way again because, if only office paper is accepted, I don't have enough volume to justify the price. I don't believe the company offers poor service; I simply did not get a clear message about the limitations of the service and wound up disappointed.

This experience was totally satisfactory. The driver/shredder called ahead of arriving and came at the agreed upon time. The equipment was pristine. The driver/shredder was well-trained and completely professional doing his work. I would not hesitate to use this service again and will recommend the company when the opportunity to do so arises in the future.

I purchased the Big Deal through Angie's List and was able to schedule the service via email for the same week. At the time of purchase Veteran Shredding requested three dates/times that would work. I received a message via Angie's List accepting one of the dates I provided. I replied to that message confirming that the time would still work. Ideally, I would have liked a final confirmation from Veteran Shredding via email or phone regarding the appointment, but that didn't happen. On the date of service I received a call from Adam Bixler letting me know he was en route. Adam arrived on time, introduced himself and fired up the shredder. We had the boxes of paper in the garage ready to go. The paper was deposited in a large bin which was then lifted inside the truck. I watched the paper going through the shredder on a monitor. It took all of 10 minutes. Adam was professional and courteous. Overall, the process was super easy!! It felt awesome to get rid of that paper and even better to know it was done securely. Veteran Shredding was top notch and I would absolutely use their services again.

I received an email and then called and set up the time and day. Dave called and let me know when he was on his way. He arrived with a very clean, efficient and quiet mobile shredding truck. The papers I had in a garbage container were simply dumped into the shredder, he showed me on camera as the papers were being dumped and then shredded. The papers that were in an additional container were loaded into his rolling container, then moved to the truck and dumped into the shredder. Everything was completed quickly, easily and very neatly. I will use them again and would strongly recommend their service.

Then it was shredded which ease. It was very easy to schedule via phone and e-mail. I purchased this in October and used it today. Through that time Dave kept in contact and was very responsive. Originally, it was scheduled for Friday 2/21/14 but that was the day of the terrible storm and I was contact early in the morning telling me about the roads and they would reschedule. All calls were return promptly and his staff was very friendly and helpful. Dave was very pleasant and relatable. I would definitely use this service again. It cost effective and with the service they provide I was very happy.
