They came, they saw, they shredded. :-)

It all went well. Fast and efficient. I had many calls. It is a very competitive industry. They were the first to contact me and even when others offered me a lower price I felt more comfortable going with someone I had used before.

It went perfectly smooth, they were in & out in no time and I was very pleased with their service. I'd definitely use them again the future!

Once I made contact with provider we were able to discuss and schedule needed services. Dave was very responsive and provided superior service on site. He explained the process thoroughly and stood by until all documents went through the shredder; assuring that every piece of paper got shredded.

I called the number provided on Angie's List website and received a voice service. I left a message for someone to call me back. Within just a couple hours David (one of the owners) called back and got me scheduled for the next morning. David came & parked his truck outside my office building, and shredded for at least an hour as I carted boxes of documents from our storage unit. David gave me his cell phone number and e-mail address for future trips. Since then, I've been e-mailing him on a weekly basis to come pick up 20 boxes at a time. We had Shred-it for years leading up to this, and had so many complaints I can't even count them! The same day David came and took away all of my boxes, Shred-it came to pick up my bin, and I told them not to come back.

I purchased an Angie's List deal to have shredding done while I was prepping my house to go on the market. Despite a stressful day (someone hit the truck with their car right before he was supposed to be at my house) one of the Daves called me to tell me what was going on and to reschedule for a bit later in the day. When he showed up, he was clearly still frazzled from the accident, but he maintained his professionalism and sense of humor, making me laugh while he was taking my paper out to the truck to be shredded. Mobile shredding is awesome, and I would definitely recommend this company.

These guys are awesome! I searched the list for on-site paper shredding services, as I am not comfortable leaving sensitive information to be shredded "later" at another location! Picked this company as they have great reviews and I like to support a vet-owned company. Scheduling was easy - I emailed when I was ready to shred, Dave called right back to schedule and they were out there on the date I selected. He called about an hour before our appointment to let me know he was on his way, and showed up when promised. Brought a big wheeled container to my garage, he dumped the papers in and shredded them right then and there. Even let me watch as it went through on the video monitor, which was pretty cool. Just a super nice guy, listening to him talk it is clear he loves his country and his family! I would be completely comfortable having him back to do more work even if I was home alone, he was an absolute class act.

I had papers from my parents, my husbands parents, my uncles estate and wanted the peace of mind that they were disposed of properly. This was worth every penny!

It turned out well. It was easy. Unfortunately, I forgot two boxes that I needed to shred. They were polite and it worked out great. If you have a lot of shredding to do it's a very convenient way of accomplishing it. It keeps bringing boxes all over the place and also you see what's being shredded.

They were wonderful to work with, and when we had to reschedule, it was no problem. They were very flexible and notified us for our appointment for verification. Was a smooth process, and they showed us how the shredding operation worked do we knew our documents were destroyed.

I had 3 large bins of paper to shred. The provider called to say he was on his way and was on time. I purchased the Big Deal and felt this was a pretty good deal.

Went well- late for appointment but did call ahead. Had bought coupon but was charged more than expected when said and done.

They, (Dave and David) responded via email within 30 minutes. We got a call within the hour. Came to our home and shredded 6 banker's boxes for the price above. We were very happy to be able to watch the shredding rather than having to trust someone to pick up boxes and take them elsewhere for shredding. David was very professional and personable. We were also glad to know that some of the payment would be donated to the VA hospital. (per customer preference). Great job at a reasonable price!!!

Because of retiring and downsizing, I had a large nimber of bags of papers I wanted shredded and recycled. He has a truck all outfitted to do it curbside. It was quick, easy, and efficient. The workman was very pleasant and professional. It was a very slick way to get rid of all that paper...no muss, no fuss.
