Description of Work: Dave came, picked up 7 bags, put them in a barrel, and turned on the machine in the truck. We viewed the shredding on a screen on the side of the truck and I saw my bags shredded. I learned that the Dave that came was Dave Dion, an employee not the vet Dave Bixler. Nice smooth job!

Description of Work: They shredded over 600 lbs of documents containing 30-40 years of personal information. It was accomplished very quickly - 10 or 15 minutes once the truck arrived. They were dealing with a number of road closures due to flooding and President Obama's visit to the Twin Cities. It made arriving in the appointment window impossible. Overall we were extremely pleased with their service and it was a huge relief to have all the useless paper safely disposed of.
