Veteran Shredding

Dave from Veteran Shredding was extremely flexible in scheduling the appointment. He was friendly and professional. He arrived on time and answered all of my questions. Dave was also knowledgeable about where the shredding went once it left his hands. My house has less clutter now!

They responded very quickly to my initial contact, They even called me at work on the day they were to come to tell me they were on the way so I could meet them at home. That way I didn't have to take the day off from work and wait for them. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if the need arises.

I purchased an Angie's List big deal to have some personal papers shredded. I liked the idea of the shredding truck coming to my home and shredding onsite (rather than dropping the documents in a bin at an office products retailer). Veteran Shredding was very responsive, arrived on time, very courteous, very professional. I would do this again if i had a large volume of documents to shred.

David showed me how the equipment worked and I could actually watch on a video screen our documents being fed into the shredder. The whole process took less then 15 minutes... Veteran Shredding were fine. I got rid of a bunch of old documents that belonged to my mother and my mother-in-law. Their service is fine. But in the future, I'll probably go somewhere else, where they do them for practically nothing.

I purchased a coupon from Angie's list for up to 600 lb of paper shredding. My call to schedule the shredding was promptly returned, an appointment made that same week, and Dave showed up on time and completed the job. I recommend the company highly, and will certainly use them again when I accumulate enough paper so that I require them.

I bought the coupon for up to 600 lbs. of shredding one day, called Veteran Shredding that day, and they were at my house 2 days later. I hadn't used a service like this before. It was very easy. He wheeled a cart up to my garage, emptied the boxes I had prepared into it, and took it out to the truck. The shredding happened while the truck was here, and it was an interesting process to watch. I don't know how to rate the price since I had bought a coupon, so am marking it NA.

Very professional small company. Other employees were interested in the process and they received a good education in the shredding process.

Was out of time frame to start which was expected do to travel time. Work was done fast. This is my second time working with them. Will work with them in future when next bunch of file need to be done.

The service was great and Dave was very pleasant and courteous. The shredding took less than half and hour and was done in my driveway while I watched. Dave explained the process and showed, via camera, the paper actually being shredded. I used an Angie's List coupon and paid for the weight overage by check. I would definitely use Veteran's Shredding again and highly recommend them.

We had minor delays in connecting and fixing up a time. But once we did, they were on time. They brought their shredding truck around to our home, loaded up a bin with all our papers and shredded them right away. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes. I watched the shredding on the truck's video monitor. Professional and friendly service. And very convenient!

I send 2 emails and 1 voice mail message to schedule a time. I did not hear back from them after a week so I contacted Angie's List and asked for help. They did call me back but he was driving so he couldn't confirm a time or write down my contact info. After several days I was contacted by Dave and we scheduled a time. The next day another Dave contacted me. On the day of the service, one of the Daves called to ask for my address. Once Dave was here, the service was quick and efficient. I wish I had known that 600 lbs was roughly 2 large upright garbage/recycle containers as I underestimated this amount. Overall I think Veteran Shredding could be a great company if they assigned one person to the email and phone communications and documented all the necessary information up front.

After a delay due to the companies truck breaking down, the job went swiftly, cleanly and professionlly. What would have taken hours for me to shred with my little shredder, took c aouple of minutes. I would definitely use the service again.

I was very impressed with the friendliness of Dave and the professional and quality manner in which the shredding service was done. He explained the process to us and we were able to watch as our many years worth of old papers was loaded into the hopper and ground up. We would definitely hire Veteran Shredding again whenever we are in need of paper shredding service and are happy to recommend them to others.

I was able to set up the appointment via email which was helpful to me. They came on time, and I watched as my papers and documents were shredded.

There were initial delays in getting the job set up. He intially did not return my calls. The day it was set up his truck broke down and there was another delay. Finally when the truck was fixed and appt scheduled He came on time and did a great job.

He was a really nice guy and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. I don't know that there would be an opportunity for him to not be neat and clean, but he was neat and clean. He took care of it, I was happy, and he was happy. It was really simple and he shredded everything. It was actually kind of interesting because he has all these little video things showing it going through his truck so I knew for sure it was done. It looks like snow. We were his first stop, so the truck was empty and it was a bunch of my stuff. He called me right back, sent me emails, and kept me informed about when he was coming. He came five minutes early this morning, he actually showed me that is was being shredded, and I think that was nice.
