I would definitely use them again! They did a very good job!

All of the work was performed very well. The hoses were clean and Steve was very careful not to damage the floors and walls. Steve arrived on time and stayed for about five hours. Steve is a pleasant guy and is very good at what he does. My only complaint is that when I had my initial telephone conversation with the owner, Mike, he said he charges a flat $15 per opening (either register or return) and nothing about a $150 setup charge. This came as quite a shock when I reviewed the bill. Further, he never mentioned it during our second telephone conversation to schedule the work when I confirmed his pricing structure with him. After seeing the bill I called Mike to talk with him about this and his only response was that he was sure he mentioned it at some point. Well, what was I to do? The work was performed to specification. So, I paid it and chalked another one up to experience; get it in writing BEFORE allowing anyone to work in your home. I would still hire them in the future.

A very hardworking and professional group. Always on time, very clean workspace, and a beautiful result. Their price was very reasonable for the amount of work they put in, the hours, and very high quality.

Mike was over 20 minutes late and I had to call to find out if he was coming. He had lost his inspection light and we had to reschedule, but he was very apologetic and scheduled me right away. He was very polite and took time to explain issues we might have with the fireplace and possible solutions. The chimney cap was added very quickly.

He said he would do the work of rerouting the vent, but after 3 separate calls where he said he'd get us an estimate that same day and never did, we gave up. If he was too busy or didn't want to do the job would've been perfectly acceptable, but saying he'd get back to us that many times without following through was unacceptable. It turned an otherwise positive experience into a sour one, and we wouldn't hire or recommend him due to this lack of professionalism.

MIKE COMPLETED THE JOB TO OUR SATISFACTION. ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT HE IGNORED INSTRUCTIONS TO NOT GO INTO A ROOM FULL OF PETS WITHOUT OUR ASSISTANCE. OTHERWISE, OUR EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD.

HE WAS VERY GOOD AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

MIKE IS GREAT. WE HAVE HIM OUT EVERY YEAR TO CLEAN OUR DRYER VENT, AND ABOUT EVERY TWO OR THREE YEARS TO CLEAN OUR AIR DUCTS. HE IS CAREFUL AND THOROUGH AND A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH.

MIKE DID A GREAT JOB. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANED UP WELL. HE TOOK ALL DAY TO DO AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED

THEY HAD NEVER BEEN DONE! I FELT THAT THIS COMPANY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB! THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO EXPLAIN THINGS THAT DIDN'T EVEN RELATE TO WHAT THEY WERE DOING(BECAUSE I JUST BOUGHT THE HOUSE AND WAS UNFAMILIAR). THE JOB TOOK ALL DAY, THAT'S HOW THOROUGH HE WAS! I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW GOOD MICHAEL WAS WHEN HE WAS HERE, FROM PROFESSIONALISM TO ENDING THE JOB CLEAN.

HE MADE REPLACING THE CHIMNEY CAP LOOK EXTREMELY EASY. TOOK MORE TIME TO DO PAPERWORK THAN TO PERFORM THE JOB. PRICE IS FAIR CONSIDERING THE SEASON.

PUNCTUALITY: CHIMNEY SWEEP SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT, HE CALLED TO SEE IF HE COULD CHANGE IT. WHEN I WAS RELUCTANT, HE SAID HE WOULD BE LATE.

THEY RETURNED MY CALL AND PERFORMED THE WORK ON THE SAME DAY THAT I CALLED.

THE REASON IT WAS SO CHEAP WAS BECAUSE I DIDNT NEED MY WHOLE FIREPLACE CLEANED. EXPLAINED TO ME WHEN TO GET IT CLEANED AGAIN. THEY WERE VERY GOOD

I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THEY DID.THEY VACUUMED OUT THE FIREPLACE.THEY WERE HERE ABOUT AN HOUR.THEY DID A VERY CLEAN JOB.
