it went well as the raccoon ended up moving the babies fairly quickly although the home inspection for repairs to be made to prevent this from happening again was very expensive and it ended up costing close to $1000.00 for the process. A hole in the wood soffit of the garage was patched with tin and and did not look professional and neat and the cost in comparison of what was done was not cost effective

Professional, timely, and affordable.

WMS placed traps around our home’s foundation, (about 6 or 7 traps I’d estimate). It took care of the problem. No more mouse droppings in the basement. WMS rep comes faithfully every 2-3 mo to replace traps and dispose of any carcasses. The service is a little expensive, although I have no idea what other services charge. I’m just happy the mice are gone.

Have used them for years - always excellent service

After the initial sticker shock, it went very well. They knew what they were doing. We haven’t heard any more critters in our roof. We also haven’t seen a single mouse all winter! Our cat is a wee bit disappointed, but he’ll live.

We hired this company upon purchasing our home to seal up roofline entry points for squirrels or bats. Also to check in and clean attic crawlspace. Our problem fortunately wasn't bad as we feared! They did very good work. Had two separate visits (or maybe three?) from two different men; liked them both. Haven't needed their services in five years since. Would call again if we do.

Unsuccessful. The estimate was around $280 with an Angie’s List discount. Service was prompt but aside from that, they failed to catch the woodchuck. Saw the rodent come out every evening and walk around the traps they set with no interest in entering them. Didn’t offer any other solutions to try to trap the creature. Only good thing was that they gave me a partial refund to end the service early as they couldn’t guarantee they could trap it. I ended up buying my own traps and was a way cheaper solution.

Everything went great, they were thorough, identified entry points, got squirrels removed, and covered all openings, soffit fascia, etc to prevent future invasions. Completely satisfied

It went very well. Our service technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He found the entry points and sealed them and laid down a poison in the crawl space. Within a day or two the problem was solved.

Great. They came out and set traps. Came back to check on them and then took the squirrels out to a nature preserve far enough away they didn't come back. Answered all my questions and even let me say goodbye to the animal I was unknowingly living with for months haha

Live trapped squirrels from my attic, great job!

Bat doors were installed to allow exit, but prevent re-entry of the bats. So far (it's only been a month) their work seems to have been successful. All technicians were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the problem. We especially thank Miranda for the work she did and the explanations she provided. She is an excellent ambassador for her company.

They did what they said they would do.

Services provided were wonderful. I initially had some concerns as we have dogs. Wayne did a fantastic job explaining the process, answered all of my questions, and provided fantastic communication throughout the weeks ending with a ground squirrel free yard.

Scott removed five Chipmunks over the course of their service to us. Since then, we have not seen any more Chipmunks and haven't heard any more noises either. Scott also patched up some holes on the side of our house and installed a new dryer vent with a guard on it to keep unwanted Critters out.
