They did get rid of the squirrels but I think it would have been better/cheaper if they had used an exclusion (one way) cage and then fix the hole instead of trapping squirrels that were running across the roof. Course they were paid per squirrel so it added up fast. And the process took a couple extra weeks of squirrels being in the attic chewing.

The first day they caught a mother squirrel and her five babies. They explained how it happened and made sure it could not happen again. They then found how another squirrel got in and they took care of that issue as well. The gentleman that performed the work was courteous, personable and professional. I would always rehire Wildlife Management if ever the need arose!

I got the desired results. They removed the squirrels that got in my attic,sealed it so they can't get in again.

While you can't catch every single chipmunk they did get a few. The bonus was the recommendations that were made on things to fix to prevent them from getting in the siding (which they were doing), scooting up the down spouts, possibly climbing in the dryer vent and other access points. They took photos of every possible point of entry and tips on how to fix. They also offer the service to do it for you if you are not able to do yourself.

It went very well. Our service technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He found the entry points and sealed them and laid down a poison in the crawl space. Within a day or two the problem was solved.

On time, completed at the stated cost, and thorough, even in less than ideal weather conditions.

After the initial sticker shock, it went very well. They knew what they were doing. We haven’t heard any more critters in our roof. We also haven’t seen a single mouse all winter! Our cat is a wee bit disappointed, but he’ll live.

I was very satisfied with the quality of their work. They discovered where the squirrels were entering the attic, checked and reset the live traps as needed via multiple return trips to ensure there were no squirrels left in the attic before the entry point was closed off.

Professional, easy remedy and actually charged the lower inspection fee than one quoted. All communication was timely and direct.

They did not do good work on the house in 2018, which I didn't know until I had to call them back in 2020 because the squirrels were back. Apparently the bad work in 2018 was due to a bad employee they eventually fired. Despite knowing this guy had done bad work, they never reached out to me to check on the work he did. Instead, when I reached out in 2020 they charged me the full inspection fee and the cost of capturing more squirrels. They only offered to comp the price of fixing his errors on the repair work. After I requested it, they gave me a small discount on the inspection fee/squirrel capture. It still cost me well over $500 to fix their mistakes from 2018. To be clear, this is on top of the $1200 I paid for them to handle the squirrels/repairs in the first place in 2018. I think the work they did in 2020 seems ok, but two screws fell out of the main entry area only a couple weeks after they finished the job. At this point I am not going to call them back because it just isn't worth the cost or hassle.

Wildlife Management has been provide service to my property since early 2000. Dependable, reliable and they do what they say.

Live trapped squirrels from my attic, great job!

I received some help how to control problems. The inspection they did, was very complete.

It was satisfactorily completed on the date promised. They are always punctual.

The person came out and didn't inspect the home, crushed a vent to "make it uncomfortable fo the raccoon so it would leave", said they would be back in a week, then and gave us a $400plus bill! I called the company they said he should have inspected for damage. They sent out someone who did go up in the attic and then put a $3 screen over the vent and said they didn't see any evidence of an animal. Then resent us a bill for $400plus. We said it wasn't responsible for the "services" rendered. They came back to our home unannounced and without our permission went on our roof and removed the $3 dollar screen. Then we got a notice the sent us to collections. We don't avoid paying bills but I am having a hard time paying $400 for this horrible experience. Oddly we got a request from them to review their service today and another notice of collections from them. Doesn't seem like a well run company and that they take advantage of customers.
