Felipe did a very professional job and had all the knowledge to do the job right the first time. I would decently call them again if I need their services again. I’ve used Wildlife Management a couple times at different homes and they did a very through job to get rid of bats!

Scott was great!! He was here every day checking traps and plugging holes. He went around the entire house on his hands and knees to make sure there were no access points for mice or other rodents. I have tried other companies and will only use Wildlife Management Services in the future. Thanks WMS for the excellent service!

Have not had a single problem since we started using them. Great job, great service, great to work with.

The person came out and didn't inspect the home, crushed a vent to "make it uncomfortable fo the raccoon so it would leave", said they would be back in a week, then and gave us a $400plus bill! I called the company they said he should have inspected for damage. They sent out someone who did go up in the attic and then put a $3 screen over the vent and said they didn't see any evidence of an animal. Then resent us a bill for $400plus. We said it wasn't responsible for the "services" rendered. They came back to our home unannounced and without our permission went on our roof and removed the $3 dollar screen. Then we got a notice the sent us to collections. We don't avoid paying bills but I am having a hard time paying $400 for this horrible experience. Oddly we got a request from them to review their service today and another notice of collections from them. Doesn't seem like a well run company and that they take advantage of customers.

After years of good experiences with Wildlife Management, across three different residential addresses, there was a big drop-off in our satisfaction starting in 2018. We'd always been happy to pay their prices previously. But, upsetting, galore; haughty attitude; and, messy application of indoor rodent poison which led to pet ingestion. Our pet was fine, but bad combination of services. What happened with these folks? Gave them ample opportunities to correct, too.

it went well as the raccoon ended up moving the babies fairly quickly although the home inspection for repairs to be made to prevent this from happening again was very expensive and it ended up costing close to $1000.00 for the process. A hole in the wood soffit of the garage was patched with tin and and did not look professional and neat and the cost in comparison of what was done was not cost effective

Unsuccessful. The estimate was around $280 with an Angie’s List discount. Service was prompt but aside from that, they failed to catch the woodchuck. Saw the rodent come out every evening and walk around the traps they set with no interest in entering them. Didn’t offer any other solutions to try to trap the creature. Only good thing was that they gave me a partial refund to end the service early as they couldn’t guarantee they could trap it. I ended up buying my own traps and was a way cheaper solution.

A team member came out, inspected the house from basement to roof, and around the house. They identified points of entry, things to look out for, and assisted us with planning to take care of any future pest entry points.

I was very satisfied with the quality of their work. They discovered where the squirrels were entering the attic, checked and reset the live traps as needed via multiple return trips to ensure there were no squirrels left in the attic before the entry point was closed off.

It was satisfactorily completed on the date promised. They are always punctual.

Not the best. I thought they were expensive. They also didn’t get rid of the squirrels. They left a trap there for about a week. They didn’t know if they got one when I asked. Then took the trap away away. The squirrels were still in the attic. They do a good job of communicating, however. Lots of phone calls. They also showed up when they said they would. They also seemed like very nice people.

Terribly. They set traps and left peanut butter jars in our yard rather than throwing in the trash. The raccoons were not caught, bug yet charged us. When challenged on not achieving the end goal of the engagement, they threatened to take us to collections if we didn’t pay the bill. Do not hire this company. I was terribly disappointed with their service and professionalism.

The first day they caught a mother squirrel and her five babies. They explained how it happened and made sure it could not happen again. They then found how another squirrel got in and they took care of that issue as well. The gentleman that performed the work was courteous, personable and professional. I would always rehire Wildlife Management if ever the need arose!

Could not have been better!!! They thoroughly checked and sealed possible entrance points. (Huge emphasis on thorough.) Eliminated remaining mice in the house. I signed up for their year round maintainable service and for the past 5 to 7 years have not had to deal with the fall mouse invasion that would take me most of the winter to eliminate. I thought it seemed expensive but after years being mouse-free it’s worth every cent.

Tasked with sealing up the house against flying squirrels. Identified and fixed the problem - squirrel free for about two years now.

While you can't catch every single chipmunk they did get a few. The bonus was the recommendations that were made on things to fix to prevent them from getting in the siding (which they were doing), scooting up the down spouts, possibly climbing in the dryer vent and other access points. They took photos of every possible point of entry and tips on how to fix. They also offer the service to do it for you if you are not able to do yourself.

Very professional. I have used them all year. They communicate well and I would recommend them and continue to use.

WMS placed traps around our home’s foundation, (about 6 or 7 traps I’d estimate). It took care of the problem. No more mouse droppings in the basement. WMS rep comes faithfully every 2-3 mo to replace traps and dispose of any carcasses. The service is a little expensive, although I have no idea what other services charge. I’m just happy the mice are gone.

Dead chipmunk was badly decayed and disgusting, but worker removed completely and competently. Have had them back 2 times a year since then to spray for wasps. Always on time and effective.
