It was fine. They were on time, they did a quick job and they were good.

It went very well. Our service technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He found the entry points and sealed them and laid down a poison in the crawl space. Within a day or two the problem was solved.

Professional, easy remedy and actually charged the lower inspection fee than one quoted. All communication was timely and direct.

Great. They came out and set traps. Came back to check on them and then took the squirrels out to a nature preserve far enough away they didn't come back. Answered all my questions and even let me say goodbye to the animal I was unknowingly living with for months haha

The technicians are skilled and personable. They explained everything that they were going to do and did it efficiently. We have used them to remove a woodchuck from under our deck, wasps from our attic, and they mouse-proofed our house - they were successful each time. They even came out in the winter. Very impressive.

Great - I have worked with Wildlife Services at several locations. They are knowledgeable, reliable, thorough and detailed. Any questions I have are answered. Overall very pleased with their service and plan to use again as needed. Also offer options to seal up access points.

It took a week but the squirrels are gone and entry points sealed so they have not returned.

Tech was professional, but took months to come out and do the work after the quote was accepted. Price was misleading/ higher than originally discussed. They start calling to collect payment within two weeks of the work being done. And they seem expensive... $200 to come out and refill bait stations.

We heard noises in our attic and called Wildlife Management Services. They determined we had bats in our attic. They installed a one way trap that would allow them to get out but not back in again. They had to come back a couple of times over several weeks before they were certain all of the bats were gone. Once they were they sealed up the opening where they had gotten in. All interactions were professional and we would call them again if we have any other pest issues.

Everything went great, they were thorough, identified entry points, got squirrels removed, and covered all openings, soffit fascia, etc to prevent future invasions. Completely satisfied

They checked everything out, put out chemical and closed any open cracks that might let them in, and came back when it appeared we had a reoccurance. Very reasonable prices, excellent customer service.

They did not do good work on the house in 2018, which I didn't know until I had to call them back in 2020 because the squirrels were back. Apparently the bad work in 2018 was due to a bad employee they eventually fired. Despite knowing this guy had done bad work, they never reached out to me to check on the work he did. Instead, when I reached out in 2020 they charged me the full inspection fee and the cost of capturing more squirrels. They only offered to comp the price of fixing his errors on the repair work. After I requested it, they gave me a small discount on the inspection fee/squirrel capture. It still cost me well over $500 to fix their mistakes from 2018. To be clear, this is on top of the $1200 I paid for them to handle the squirrels/repairs in the first place in 2018. I think the work they did in 2020 seems ok, but two screws fell out of the main entry area only a couple weeks after they finished the job. At this point I am not going to call them back because it just isn't worth the cost or hassle.

On time, completed at the stated cost, and thorough, even in less than ideal weather conditions.

They did get rid of the squirrels but I think it would have been better/cheaper if they had used an exclusion (one way) cage and then fix the hole instead of trapping squirrels that were running across the roof. Course they were paid per squirrel so it added up fast. And the process took a couple extra weeks of squirrels being in the attic chewing.

They did the job we asked them to do.
