Description of Work: She was hired to perform a deep cleaning of our home. Problems from the beginning reaching her. We finally agreed on a date. She showed up a little late but did stay an entire eight hours. She did ok but areas were found that were glossed over or missed. She came with no ladder to access higher areas and no specialized equipment. An odor was left behind that smelt like old rags or an old vacumn cleaner. She was very pleasant but overall just average.

Description of Work: I would recommend listing out your priorities prior to having them clean. In 8 hours, we had less than 2 1/2 rooms cleaned. I had another service provider a few months before and got more rooms cleaned in 4 hours. The woman was very nice and did a good job on the things she got done... I should also mention the square footage was only about 500 sq. ft. which got cleaned. It was disappointing since I still had to clean before my guests arrived.

Description of Work: Michelle is very detail driven in her cleaning. She cleaned our sons college apartment and worked very h****** the kitchen and bathroom which is shared by 4/ 20 year olds. I was not there but when I asked my son how all looked, he replied, " I didn't know our kitchen sink was white:)" There was some confusion in the morning on the location where we wanted the cleaning but Michelle was willing to drive to St Paul and even though she started later than I am sure we all wanted she stayed for the full time and did a great job.

 + -1 moreMichelle was very responsive and showed up for work on time. Her and her staff were courteous and did a great job. They did a super job on the garage! By the time they left, it was spotless with a nice clean fragrance. Our garage never looked so good. We would definitely use them again.

 + -1 moreMichelle arrived on time. Worked almost ten hours straight with just a short break. She will be coming back. She made the house shine. She was responsive and quick to retun my call and gave all the information I needed. Truly a professional in my book.
Description of Work: Michelle cleaned the house from top to bottom. The place was sparkling when she was done. She works alone so for the first trip she was here awhile. She was very easy to work with. She handled the small inconvienences like the the kids(1 & 4) roaming around.

 + -1 moreMichelle is amazing! She works incredibly hard, helped me organize and get rid of stuff in garage. She works tirelessly, and is a PERFECTIONIST!!! Lucky for me! She made my garage look so neat and clean, and she made my house look better than hotel staff would, perfectly smoothing out duvet cover as if it had been ironed! She is warm and fun too, very upbeat. She hauled away tons of garbage in her car for me and even mentioned a new item she could get for me(bookcase) used, and give my things away that I didn't want. She measured the contact paper PERFECTLY, as if it came out of a machine! She cleaned my shower and master bath for over an hour and a half, and it was spotless! Why do it yourself when she can do it better, and her prices are super reasonable!! HIRE THIS WOMAN, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!! She spent two whole days, and will work til midnight if u want! She even thinks of new things I hadn't thought of, like putting contact paper on both sides of shelf!

 + -1 moreOOps, I told the story in the first paragraph, so I will just say that I think anyone who does not hire Michelle for cleaning and for organizing is making a mistake!
Description of Work: Michelle is a life-saver! She is hardworking, honest, and completely reliable. I started out with having her in to clean twice a month and was so impressed with her that I have recommended her to several people already. We leave Scottsdale every year around the first of May and return in October, so this year I have asked her to do a lot of extra things while we're gone. 1. Thoroughly clean the house top to bottom and do what laundry there is. 2. Clean out and organize the storage room. 3. Clean and sort through our master bedroom closet and box up what seem to her to be discardable.3. Do the same in the linen cabinet and the guest bathrooms as well. I have no doubt that she will do a great job and then some!

 + 1 moreMagic and Miracles (aka Michelle Pontrelli) came out for a weekend of completely re-organizing my house. Over a weekend, Michelle and I cleaned out and then organized closets, my office and my garage. Michelle hauled off three jeep loads of items to good will or to the garbage (as appropriate). For a few items I wasn't using anymore, Michelle sold them on Ebay for me, taking less than a quarter of the sale price for her efforts in repeatedly posting the items, finding a seller, and then packaging and mailing. By the time the weekend was over, the garage was spotless and open (it had been half full with items I wasn't using, empty boxes, all manner of junk. The closets were clean, organized and actually had space left if I needed it. I still smile every time I drive into my impeccable garage. Michelle has subsequently done a house organization weekend for my mother as well. She was so thrilled with the results that my mother's friend then hired Michelle as well. I have since Michelle at her daily package rate to clean, run errands, whatever I needed help with. I would recommend Michelle to anyone!
