Joel showed up right on time and got right to work. He replaced the hangers that were incorrectly installed by another company, and made sure that the door functioned properly. He was able to complete everything in about 1 hour and it ended up costing less than what he quoted me. I am very pleased with the service and the professionalism and would not hesitate to use Champion Garage Doors again.

He did a great job. I would hire them again if I have any garage door problems.

The technician was great. He also made my box more secure and adjusted the height to prevent the gear from going out again. I probably would have replaced the opener as it is old, but he did not have one on the truck which was a little surprising.

This is more than I can say for other services I have tried. They performed the work when they said they would and did not leave any mess behind. The special deal through Angie's list was a bargain.

We had them back a second time because we needed them to replace the garage door opener as well as the tune up. They did a fine job with the service. They were prompt and did everything we asked. We have not had any issues since.

Performed all services contracted. In addition performed additional work for quieting operation of door and recommended future action that will be needed. Surely will in future use this service provider.

They were very prompt, courteous and explained everything. I bought the Angie's List Big Deal for the tune up ($39.00) and then the rollers and strip were $162.00.

I did have him replace that part and the garage door has worked perfectly since.

It was frigidly cold outdoors. They showed up, provided great service and never complained. They also gave me the option of changing out some parts. There was never a high pressure sell of additional parts/services. They also provided some ongoing maintenance tips that will help me keep my door in good working condition. I highly recommend them.

I purchased the deal of the day which was a garage door tune up. I knew I needed a new seal and I figured I would do that at the same time. Joel was very nice and professional. He did point out the coil/spring looked like it was wearing. He added it could go tomorrow or last a couple of years. Well it went about two weeks after his first visit. I called him on a Thursday night and he was able to come out Saturday morning. I was pleased with his professionalism and speed of repair. Overall I spent: $39 deal of the day tuneup $189 replace rollers, seal and a bracket $250 coil/seal replacement. I did not shop around for pricing but overall I am pleased. The door itself is a top of the line model. The garage is the main entrance to my home and with the recent repair I think I am good to go for a number of years. I had used Champion for a tune up about 12 years ago and was pleased at that time. That is the reason I chose the "deal of the day." I would recommend Champion.

Mine had been popping open again when half-way closed. Their service person arrived on time, identified the cause as well as a cable that was fraying, fixed both and reloaded light bulbs for a reasonable cost. He also told me what parts looked good and shouldn't need service in the near future.

I definitely did appreciate that since what was currently lubing my my tracks could very well have been causing the malfunction.

It took about twenty minutes and due to the weather, they came on a Saturday. They were very professional and would recommend them.

It looks like we finally found the right company to call when we have garage door problems.

They explained the problem and fixed it.

He was very polite and very good and took care of the problem. He did some lubrication and tightening. The price was very good! The only problem we had was that I purchased the deal by phone and I did not hear from him. I had to call Angie's List again because I did not have his phone number. They gave me his phone number and I called him and he was quick to schedule and come out. I think there should have been a phone number listed on the ad.

First impression was not good - their way of setting up appointments is very bad. Couldn't even get them to commit to a specific day. Had to wait for them to call and say they could show up sometime the next day. Very inconvenient! They seemed to do the maintenance okay, but shorty after the service, the garage door was acting up and not fully opening or closing. We tried to contact them to see if they could come back to see what might be wrong. They did not return our calls for several days and once they called back, it was again very difficult to set up an appointment. They would only say what day they could come but couldn't commit to a timeframe. You had to wait for them to call and then they'd show up in 30 minutes. This issue with the way they set up appointments is why we could not recommend them.

It was terrific! They tuned up the garage door opener, inspected the garage door, and ended up replacing the rollers. This did have an extra charge, but it seemed reasonable, so I let them do that. I have two single garage doors. They came out on a call for one, but the technician went above and beyond and looked at the second door. He looked at the opener for that door and did some minor lubrication for that door as well. They went above and beyond and adds into the reason I would definitely call them again.

They were good and it turned out well. They guy said he will come out in the morning but he came in the afternoon so that was not a good thing but he did fine.

The deal worked out great. I wasn’t home during the service but my wife called and told me their suggestions. I went ahead and had them also replace all of the rollers and a cable. The garage door seems quieter and working more smoothly now.

He came when he said he would be here. I was expecting the company to find something to repair and increase the cost, but he did not. He did the lubrication and inspection and left. He was polite and friendly.

I had the Big Deal purchase on this company and their work went well. They did good work. I found them very affordable.
