CHAMPION GARAGE DOORS were great. They don't generally come to my area, but because I had already purchased a Big Deal from them, they made a special trip out here to accommodate me. They were great. He was late when he came out, but he did call me and tell me he would be. He was professional and seemed very knowledgeable. He's very personable. The quality of service was excellent.

It was a very pleasant service call. He was on time. He diagnosed the problem quickly and did the work in an efficient manner.

Service rendered was impeccable. Provider explained in detail repairs that were rendered, and made recommendations on how to maintain going forward.

This was a very easy process. After doing quick research on Angie's List, I called Champion Garage Doors, who connected me with a tech (Mike) right away who was able to come out and fix my garage door the same afternoon. Mike was professional and courteous. He explained everything and made a simple recommendation for future service, without trying to pressure sell me on something I didn't need. The entire process took no longer than 35 minutes. I will definitely use Champion Garage Doors again.

Champion Garage Doors arrived within the time frame they said they would. Their service provider was friendly, informative, and efficient in getting the job completed. They quickly new what the problem was and how to fix it. The inspection and maintenance will allow my garage door opener to work for many more years to come. I would recommend their service.

They did a fantastic job. My husband said they did a great job. They were quick and on time. They did a good job with a garage door that needed fixed. They installed a new seal as well and we knew that was needed.

Arrived on time and was done pretty quick. Tightened the cables and checked everything out. Lubricated moving parts. Explained everything to me and was very nice!

The serviceman was very punctual, pleasant, knowledgeable, informative, etc.... Our door is running smoothly and isn't as noisy as before. I was very pleased with this provider and would recommend to others.

I bought the $39.95 garage door tune up deal. Rob from Champion did a great job and now the doors work great! he also provided me with great ideas to a quieter opener and pricing for that. And when it comes time for us to get that service done Champion will be the first ones we call!

Everything went fine. He was very professional.

The company showed up on time and did a good job calling ahead. His inspection was thorough and he took the time to explain all of the issues with our door. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't need, but was fair on explaining and writing down all the minor issues that could be fixed (big plus for me!) He even wrote up a quote on the spot to fix all the minor issues, but didn't pressure me into any kind of commitment or say that it was absolutely necessary. I'll go back to these guys again for that reason. I feel like they did what they were hired to do, pointed out any future issues, and didn't try and sell me more than was necessary. Great service!

It went very well and we were very happy with their work. They got the job done in about 30-45 minutes. The technician was good and very polite. He informed me what happened and what was wrong. He also informed me what to do in the future and how to deal with it. The scheduling was very easy.

Called back promptly to schedule appointment. Was able to come out in two hours. Garage door was in bad shape. Stuck and crooked. Did a great job fixing it. Garage door has never operated as smoothly as it does now.

He was efficient, honest, and went above and beyond replacing parts that were worn. I would use him again without hesitation!

Rob called promptly at 8am to schedule the service call, and asked if he could arrive in 30 minutes. I agreed, and he arrived promptly, was very pleasant and professional. He recommended a couple of replacement parts to consider, although they were not critical. I asked for an estimate, which he promptly provided, and indicated he could take of it today to save on a service call. I decided to wait, and then he noted there would be a coupon for a service call on Angie's List when I was ready to have the work done. I would use Champion again.

I received a call prior to the service to let me know on the day we agree upon they would call in th am for the window they would be out. The call did happen as promised, and the technician came out, and called me as I requested, when he was at my garage off the alley. He inspected the rollers, tightened up some of the bolts, was attentive and fixed a problem with one of the rollers that was not in the proper location; he also made notes about things to watch for the next time we have service. The appointment was no longer than 20 minutes and it went well; the door is workiing much better and the price was great as I got it using an Angie's List Big Deal; getting it scheduled was not a hassle in the least.

Everything worked very well from scheduling, arriving on time and doing a great job making repairs and suggestions for items to watch in the future. Would definitely recommend the service

It went great. They applied their service discount to all 3 doors, even though their Angie's coupon only required them to apply it to one door. Very prompt, very professional and efficient, and very helpful with advice and information. Will happily use them again and recommend them.

Garage door tune-up. Went okay, did not fix a problem we hoped it would. They did try to sell other services we were not in terested in. Polite & quick.

The technician was great. He also made my box more secure and adjusted the height to prevent the gear from going out again. I probably would have replaced the opener as it is old, but he did not have one on the truck which was a little surprising.
