It went ok. I was hoping that the tune up would have fixed the issue and not that I had to buy new parts. The parts were expensive and I had to think about whether to do it or not. In the end, I said yes, the garage door works great. In the end, that's what matters.

I was very pleased with this service. ROB arrived on time. He was very pleasant and professional. I was happy that Rob made the suggestions on what would need to be repaired in the near future, he showed me the problem areas and he was not pushy. Because I was in a position to pay for the repairs, I just had him do them right away. My garage door has been working great since this service was done. I highly recommend Champion Garage Doors and will use them again in the future.

Everything went well. Technician was on time, easy to work with. Provided promised services, door is working much more smoothly than before.

Between the time I contacted them and when they got out to my home, which was only a couple days, my garage door stopped working. It was my fault. I knew there were some problems which is why i opted to get the tuneup in the first place. When he got there, I have forgotten the guys name, he explained that the gear was stripped. He offered to change the gear for $50 or the entire opener for $350. I chose the entire opener. Which he replaced and now works great. I own another property nearby. The garage at that property needed new doors. I decided to use Champion for those too. The bid came in about $200 under another bid I had received. Those doors also look and work great.

Came promptly when said he would be here, called ahead, did a thorough job and have had good results and feel much safer with the new spring.

Provider called with approximate arrival time. Finished in a timely manner. Professional and courteous technician. Also recommended that we replace the bottom garage door seal, but suggested that we could do that ourselves (which we will do in the near future).

I called and set up an appointment for them to come out and fix the double garage door. They replaced the brackets at the top sides of the door that hold the shaft and installed new brackets that mount to the wall for greater durability. They also replaced one side of the track due to it being bent. They got is all square again and it works like new. I had used Champion before and will use them again.

The service person called to confirm he was on the way and arrived at the appointed time. He worked quickly and was done in 15 minutes. He recommended that some parts of the garage door be replaced but the cost was going to be $321 and we chose not to have the repairs done.

It was perfect. They charged me more for extra additional work that I have done.

Very prompt and professional service. Service man inspected all components of garage door after listening to what my concerns were with door. He pointed out that door was sticking for two reasons. Rollers were rusted and frozen and there was no brace were the automatic garage door opener arm was connected to the door. Due to extra friction caused by frozen rollers, the garage door opener arm was bending door at the top where support brace was missing. He gave price for parts and installed them when I gave him the ok. Price stated above includes cost of initial Angie's List deal for garage door tune up plus the added cost of parts plus the replacement of bottom weather seal I asked for. Great deal and great service. Service man also lubricated other garage door springs and rollers for which service was not purchased.

They did good job. They just did the tune-up and the strip replacement.

They were able to come out to complete the service right away. I had the work done at my rental property and did not hear any complaints from my tenants. The only issue I had was I needed a receipt for tax purposes. I called and emailed them but never received the invoice.

He was very professional and did the job to my satisfaction.

He was friendly and on time! He planned out the work well and the price was reasonable.

I used the deal for a rental property I own. I did have some issues with scheduling; they did not show for the initial appointment and did not let me or my renter know. I called them and spoke with them the following day to reschedule the appointment. I would of appreciated a heads up ahead of time or a follow up phone call. They called me after the tune up informing me there was an issue with the door.

I let them know I work M-F 9-6 and they said they would look into a weekend appointment for me. They called back later saying they wouldn't be able to do that.
