Service was prompt and thorough. Professional and peasant. I really appreciated being able to use a remote opener for the first time in years. I had never gotten around to replacing a lost one and they had two for me in the truck.

Provider did a general inspection/maintenance of my garage door and made recommendations for two additional services that would have cost nearly $300. I was unable to witness the maintenance part of work, so it's difficult for me to say what was done and anything about the quality of service. This provider covered up the provider information of the previous provider that was stuck on the inside of my garage door even though only a general inspection and maintenance were performed. I didn't think this was appropriate.

That turned out excellent. My contractor had been out and noticed that a couple of the ringers rubber was coming off. He mentioned they would need replacing; which he did. He also gave the garage door an overall tune up. He offered to move the main garage door opener had been installed too high and he offered to move that a little bit lower; it helped be in better alignment. I was very pleased with his responsiveness, professionalism and he didn’t try to sell me more additional services. I was very impressed.

I was late to our appointment but the technician waited at least 20 minutes for me. I really appreciate that gesture since my garage was not operating properly in the mist of winter and I really needed his service!

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for a garage door tune up. Over the winter with the very cold weather the garage door tracks seemed to contract forcing the garage door to be open manually for a number of months. Champion arrived and cautioned that with the age of the doors and the likely damage to the electronic garage door opening mechanism, I might be forced to invest in a new door. Nonetheless he tackled the tune up and tightened assorted screws and bolts. In the end the door works flawlessly. I recognize a replacement may not be too far in my future but I am delighted that for the time being and $39.95 we are back in business. When the time comes for the larger investment, I will call Champion.

I was having issues with my door not closing all the way and stopping periodically and thought a tune-up would help. Not really sure what he did other than spray the rails. He had no idea why my door wasn't working properly and told me it was my springs and i needed those replaced for $179. Just had springs replaced less than a year ago. A week after he was out we installed a new opener ourselves and door works like a dream. You would think a garage door guy who has been in the business for years would be able to tell that it was the opener.

They were fine. They came when they said they were going to come. The clip thing that the eye was on was crooked and I don't want to wrestle it. I guess I broke it and they didn't do anything with it either. Even though it was crooked, the two eyes are meeting and so there was no reason to do anything with it. The deal was fine and I think it's a reasonable price.

Robert arrived on time and completed the inspection and lubrication quickly and suggested some work that should be done. He gave me an estimate on the spot. He was very professional in his work and I would recommend Champion Garage Door for any garage door work.

Overall an excellent experience. Technician very professional, helpful in answering questions and offering suggestions for ongoing maintenance / upkeep. Dispatch experience positive; one suggestion is to provide estimate of when tech may arrive (ex., before noon, after 2pm, etc.) so customer can plan day accordingly. Definitely would recommend, return for repeat business. Price was reasonable relative to estimates from similar providers for same service.

The fellow that was here was extremely polite and really knew what he was doing. He was concerned about my car and made me put it out of the garage so oil wouldn't drip on it. Very responsive, polite, and professional. My garage runs much better now.

They came when they said they would come. I had a broken garage door and we rescheduled the bigger repair. I ran into it so it was not a big surprise. They did it and I think they gave me good workmanship and a fair price. I just think they were good.

It cost me a little bit more than what I paid for the Big Deal, but I had the work done. He was great. He was very helpful. I paid an additional $54 to the $99 Deal. I was not expecting on paying anything extra, but I did.

He did okay. He had good suggestions and he did not add other things on. He was punctual, he was professional and price was good.

It went great. They were willing to do exactly what I needed but then I asked them if they would do something beyond the "Big Deal" purchase. They were fast and efficient.

Great! The garage door works now. He also recommended I think about getting a new door soon, since the parts are getting worn out, but he didn't push me on anything. It was nice to get the advice early so I can plan for it rather than needing an emergency replacement.

Everything with smoothly and quickly; very professionals

The service was good. They were fast and efficient.

I think that I basically paid to have a guy come and try to sell me a new door -- and a high-priced one at that.

It went well. There were stuff that he offered and I took advantaged of. I like that there wasn't any pressure, he left it up to me on what I wanted to do. There were no issues.

There was some frustration with communication. I had purchased an Angie's List deal for the tune up, but had to contact them for the appointment rather than having them contact me as promised. The morning of the appointment they left a message asking me to confirm the appointment but didn't leave a phone number to return the call. I called the main office and confirmed, but the technician never got the message. I left work early to meet the techinician but didn't hear from him until the window of time was almost over. He never got the confirmation and almost didn't come. That was frustrating. The techinician was very good and stopped the work to let me know that further repairs were needed, what they would cost and that I might want to consider purchasing a new door instead of sinking a lot of money into this one (which is 35 years old). I really appreciated that and felt he was looking out for my best interests.

Mike the Service Tech came on time. He was friendly and professional. Quickly replace garage door springs. Would recommend to others.

Went well. Would have them back to work on garage again.

It didn't go very well. After they did some minor work on the bottom of the door, they told me that I should get a whole new door (to which I agreed). They promised that they would come back out and touch up the paint mismatches, but they have not. Very disappointing. I also have ants now because of the openings left due to their work. They were on time and it was easy enough to schedule. However, I wouldn't use them again due to their lack of follow-up.
