They contacted me before doing any work beyond the original work request (which was replace gaskets)

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out great for me. Everything was fine. He showed up on time, did the job and was neat and tidy. Their work turned out great. The garage doors work. my interaction with them was good. The Big Deal was for one or two garage doors, but I have three so I did spend more because I had him do all three doors.

Mike from Champion Garage Doors was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He put extra screws in each side of the garage door to further tighten down the brackets.Gave us valuable information about the maintenance that we could perform ourselves and safety tips.

As far as the work goes, they did fine. The technician removed a couple stickers in the garage from the company that had first installed the garage door, and put their own up instead. That was my basis to contact who installed the door that is still under warranty. I just heard back from them today, when the date of my original letter was June 18th and they only wrote back because I wrote them a second time, today. This puts me at a disadvantage if something else were to go wrong with the door. I wrote to Champion and they did not answer me until today and told me it was company-wide policy. He never apologized, nor did he agree to do a complimentary service next year. He ignored my question and dismissed my problem. I wrote him back a little while ago and let him know it would have been better if he had responded sooner than 2 weeks. It did not feel good that my first letter was ignored until my second attempt to contact them and that they do not see this as a problem. They did not even address the suggestions or some type of compensation. I am left at a disadvantage without the labels on my garage door that I had previously relied upon.

They were punctual, they had good rates and they were professional.

They arrived on time and were very professional. They explained well what they were doing and why it needed to be done. They were very fast, done in about a half hour!

Mike, one of the owners, came out to my house. He took a look at my garage doors and told me that they weren't worth repairing and should be replaced. He gave me an estimate for replacing them and told me to get a refund on the Angie's List coupon.

It went great! I was very pleased with them.

They did a good job and I had no problems. They were very prompt and scheduling was easy. It was a good value for the money.

The tech was good and very honest. The guy said it should’ve been repaired correctly by the first garage door company. He told me to get my money back from Angie’s List for the tune-up when he could’ve just taken my money.

The whole experience was easy and polite. I felt they actually cared about my business and where very punctual. They where nice and did the work quickly at a competative price. They asked if I wanted a Strut added to the garage as they recommended it, but where not pushy. I figured it was a good idea and at $40, not breaking the bank. Good guys.

They did a good job with the service. I thought they were very professional and they communicated well. I was very pleased with work.

I had to pay an additional $125.00 for some parts that they replaced.

It was a fine experience. The big deal was really just a diagnostic. The fix was more expensive than we thought it would be. The tech found a lot of problems with the door, and he showed us all the problems. After he left, the garage door works well now. The tech was very nice, very knowledgeable, and very helpful.

Mike did a great job on the doors, he got everything done quickly and pointed out several things to keep an eye on for preventative maintenance. While there were some other recommendations on things to fix / replace, I never felt like I was being pressured to buy and I can honestly say I appreciated his honesty when showing me what needs to be looked at. All in all I'm very happy with the service received and will definitely be turning to Champion first when I need more work done on my garage doors. Thanks team!

They arrived when they planned and everything worked out fine. While they were here, I also had them replace all the rollers on both sides of the doors and the insulation strip on the bottom of the door. The technician was able to complete the job in about an hour. Everything turned out fine.

Went great. Very efficient. Were at my house within an hour of my call.

I think it went wonderful, only reason they did not get an A in price is because I don't have a comparison.

The repairman from Champion came exactly on time, did an excellent repair,explained what needed to be done, cleaned up any mess, & was very polite & easy to work with.

Companies web page stated they cover wright Co. I need garage door service at a home in Monticello which is in wright co. But the company does not go to Monticello without an extra charge.Would not pay extra for service that was supposed to be within the Co. they service.

It couldn't have been better. They arrived when they said they would. As expected, the install was noisy, but completed in a timely manner. Once completed, they gave me a "tour" of how everything worked. There was one small problem with the molding around the outside of the door. They came out a day or so after I called and fixed it in a few minutes.

It was fine. The tech was at the home for 30 mins - 45 mins. He recommended a few other fixes and had an estimate for those repairs.

My wife was home at time of service and they weren't there long. They came out promptly and were on time to the appointment. It was a good experience.

They were great. Prompt, friendly and efficient, from the first phone call following through with the service.
