Quick easy and great they did a great job.

On the first appt day they were supposed to call me between 7:30am-8:30am and they never called. Then I scheduled a fixed appt for between 9am-11am on Tuesday Sept 2nd and they never showed up. They said they tried to call and since I didn't answer they didn't show up. I thought a fixed appt meant a fixed appt. I was outside working when they called. They then scheduled me for about 11:00am and the guy then showed up and was very professional and quick. I thought he did a good job. My problem was with the scheduling.

Everything was great. It took a little longer than we expected to get the door, but we are completed satisfied with the door itself, the work that was done and how everything turned out. We couldn't be more happy with the work. It looks great!

It was fine and he was pleasant to deal with. He came out as promised, then greased things and replaced the rollers for a couple of hundred dollars. However, shortly after he left, the spring on the garage door broke, and I would have thought that he would have caught it while he was out. However, when I had someone else out later, they pointed out that it would be difficult to see it. I don’t know that I would use them again, since I have someone else I usually use.

Very professional, to the point, did business with my husband over the phone. Very speedy.

Our ancient garage door was sticking and not opening completely, so we were happy to see this coupon. It took a couple e-mails to find a time that was free for both of us; they were very prompt in their communication at this time. On the day of the scheduled visit, they called about 30 minutes before to warn us that they might be running late because of a complicated job. They showed up on time anyway. THe door sticking was caused by loose door panels, so they tightened those. They did a general inspection and cleaning and installed new rollers ($10 each). Our garage system does not have an electric eye, and they informed us that an electric eye is now needed when selling a house in St Paul--but it's easy to install and we DON'T need to replace the motor to do so. When/if it comes time to sell the house, we'll be calling Champion to install that electric eye!

On 9/3 the door would not open. Checked on Angies list and saw coupon to use and ratings. Scheduled service, giving three options, online. They (Mindy) emailed a response and called before 10:00AM on 9/4. They were able to come out that morning, my first time option, and were here by 11:10AM. Mike completed the work in about 20 minutes. He was extremely professional and explained what had happened and needed to repair. I would definitely recommend Champion and would use them again.

They were punctual, did the work quickly, and had all the parts needed within the service truck. I would use them again.

Provider was professional, courteous and timely.He explained what the tune up would consist of and performed the tune up procedure. I asked about the weather strip at the bottom of the garage door and was told that it wasn't in bad shape but could be replaced with an upgrade version for $160.00 I agreed to the replacement although I thought the price was high. Provider installed the strip efficiently and explained the benefits of the product.

It went well. They changed all the bolts and connecting wires as part of the tune-up. It was a good value.

Appointment was arranged the first working day after I purchased the deal. Service was done the next day. They were on time and got the job done.

They arrived on time and noticed that a lubricant someone had put on the rollers would end up seizing and recommended changing the rollers. They completed all of the work promptly and professionally.

There was absolutely no pressure to accept the additional services/costs. Considering the age of the garage door and the lack of maintenance over the years, I was happy with the way it operated afterward. The structural support clearly stabilized the door enough to make it run more smoothly and quietly than it had in years or possibly ever.

Mike arrived on time as scheduled. He did a complete tune up of the garage door and explained the operation of the door and garage door opener. He pointed out that the rollers really needed to be replaced as the operation of the door and opener depended heavily on them. He also reattached the bottom seal as it had started to come loose on one corner. I ended up having him replace the rollers. The door and opener have never been quieter and smother than they are now.

The service was completed as discussed on the phone.

Great experience - immediate response (on a Saturday!) done within a half hour of arrival. Super efficient, knowledgeable tech, did a great job. Thoroughly tested everything after replacing springs, adjusted opener, lubricated moving parts. I would gladly refer to others.

That turned out okay. One technician came out and it took him less than an hour. He came out and made some adjustments.

When I called in, the answering service lady was very nice and easy to chat with. I shared we wanted to leave town this evening, but - the garage door was jammed. We had already called 2 other companies and they couldn't come out until at least tomorrow. Joel quickly got to work and did all the necessary repairs. He shared a few things that absolutely needed to be done REAL soon. Our overhead garage door opener was not installed properly. It sways back n forth and one of these days, its going to be found on the top of my new car roof. He showed me how pit sways. A new bottom seal is needed to keep out the elements and WE WILL ask for Joel when we call in to do a follow-up call. I used my Angie's List $20.00 off coupon and THAT was great! I strongly recommend this company. Joel is a CHAMPION service tech!

Overall it went well, technician showed up on time and completed the job, advised against doing some thing to save $ and seemed very trustworthy.

Great experience overall. It was the middle of the day on a Saturday when the cable snapped and wedged our garage door in place. I called Champion and they had someone over within an hour. Mike was very personable, professional and efficient. He replaced the bad pieces, got our door guide straightened out and we were good to go in no time. Excellent service and price!
