Service person oiled and tightened and checked every part of the garage door. He advised me of a fix I may need in future and quoted me a price for it.

Everything was very professional, from appointment setting to the appointment itself. The work was done very well, and I also got some good pre-winter advice. I will use them again.

Excellent job! The owner came to do the service on my garage door because there were several off for the 4th of July wknd. He I explained all of the problems and he took care of everything. the garage door works great and is much more quiet then it was before. I had a new weather strip put on so I am ready for winter. Work is guaranteed. I have had no problems.

I originally called them out for the Angie's List Tune Up special. Joel arrived on time and started to check things out, and brought to my attention that the larger door (of the three car garage) was cracked in the middle. I believe this happened last winter when the door stuck due to a build up of ice. Anyways Joel quoted me on a new replacement door. He did not try to "upsell" at all....my wife did that, so we decided to upgrade to a thermal door and replace both garage doors in order to match. Joel helped me determine what color to go with, and returned within the week to install the new doors. Very reasonable pricing for thermal doors, with new rails, springs etc. Joel did a great job, told me how to maintain the doors, and even made suggestions on how to keep the doors from sticking next winter. Cleaned up well after the job was done, and was very personable throughout the whole experience.

Service went quite well and the technician was quick, honest and completed work needed. Garage door sounds better than it has in years post-inspection, repairs and adjustments. Only note was the technician didn't call until 15 minutes after the provided 2-hr window was over, I had assumed he was going to be a no-show and left the property. So he was late and could have called earlier to communicate approximate time as I had made arrangements to leave work to be there in time, but ended up wasting 2 hours sitting around. But, it all worked out and I was happy with the service.

I bought the Angie's List Deal - $39 for a garage door tune up. Our garage door is attached to a poorly constructed 12 inch extension/bump out of the garage that a previous homeowner installed for an extra long car. Because of this, the door is constantly becoming misaligned (we plan to take this bump out/extension off in the near future). They attempted to tune up the garage but because of the poor construction of the walls it is attached to they had limited success. After the tune up, they showed me some of the issues and we shut and re-opened the door. Then, right after they left, the door would not shut despite aggressive attempts to close it manually! I left a message and they called me back with a few hours and were even willing to come out that night (Friday evening) or Saturday morning to fix it. They ended up coming back the next week after I figured out a temporary fix - on their second visit they came up with a creative solution to our problem that would help so we could at least use the garage until we decide to redo the whole door. I really appreciated the extra effort they put in to make sure that we really did give us a 'tune up' to improve what we had despite that our garage construction is not ideal.

I had the company come out initially (earlier in the week) to tune up the garage opener on a $39 Angie's List special. Repairman did what he could but said the door was dangerous because of being improperly installed. I know that the opener vibrated when operating and that the door came down too hard. We moved here 7 years ago so I know nothing of the history. The repairman showed me the old parts he removed, and they were "chewed up" and ready to fail as he had said previously. He repositioned the new opener as old one was too close to the door, and he said springs were wrong for the door. The new opener works and sounds great. From the old parts I saw and previous problems, I think the repairman was correct with his diagnosis. The lower rating on "responsiveness" comes from the initial appointment for the tuneup. It may have been a miscommunication with the office, but instead of coming in the morning it was just before 3:00. I had to leave as he was arriving plus I was late picking up kids from school. The replacement repairman (same one) came on Sat. and right on time. Was very nice, very professional and willing to show me what he'd done and why.

We setup a time to replace it and refund the tuneup. The tech showed up right on time with the door. It took a few hours to remove the old wooden door and tracks and replace with the new stuff. I kept the existing opener as it was fairly new and in really good shape. Door looks and works great.

The work was fine but their was some confusion with the payment and the deal I purchased. He was a nice guy and he was very clean.

Mike came out and couldn't have been better. Very experienced. Very knowledgeable. Very professional. He also replaced our old metal rollers with 10 nylon/ball bearing rollers for an extra $100. In hindsight I could have watched the youtube videos on how to do this and purchased the rollers on amazon for $15 but it was nice he just got it done. Now the garage door is quieter and runs very well.

He was awesome. He was very helpful and allowed me look over his shoulder.

Promptly came out, assessed situation, replaced garage door opener, did the servicing, explained system to me, got paid, and left. Service person was helpful and informative.

My experience with them went well. He did show up but he had some unforeseen job that took longer and so forth. He said he would get there that day when I asked if he wanted to come another time. He worked efficiently and it didn't take him very long. He seemed to do a good job. He told me I might need some new rollers or new parts that make the door go up but I may need them next year. It was already taken care of and paid for. I had heard of their name and then they had this special promotion for $99 to check over the garage door as well as the seal and so forth, so I took advantage of the seal. He was late but the work seemed to be done well. I thought that was a great price. I would definitely consider them for future work.

It went well and quickly. He did not waste time after we discussed things first. Was real glad to hear my opener is in good shape.

My house is only 14 months old, so not a lot of maintenance needed to be done. The technician took the time to explain what I needed to do in the future to keep my garage door maintained. He also explained the differences in rollers & upgraded mine within minutes.

Service man came and he was actually early!! I think this is the first service person who ever came before their scheduled 2 hour window. I was very pleased. He looked over the door and did all of the tune up. I asked him to check out the sensors that were old and causing the door to not go down in the winter. He replaced them and the charge was reasonable. He was complete with his work within 45 minutes and I could get back to work. Great experience, great service, will use again.

It went very well. We had a malfunction and he explained what to do. He was courteous and punctual. He did a good job and explained why we might need a new door soon.

I chose Champion from Angie's List and their excellent ratings. I called Monday morning and scheduled the work for the next day. They called back and said they would be able to do the repairs the same day and was given a two hour window. I received a call from the technician as he was on his way. He was great to work with. He repaired the springs and then showed me issues with the bottom seal and rollers. He did not pressure me at all to do the additional work. I chose to do it as it was the best decision to keep my garage door working at its best. He also lubricated all moving parts and tested my garage door opener. I would use Champion again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

He gave me honest advice on the condition of my garage doors and offered appropriate service. Work was done on the spot, no need to come back another time.

They were quick to find a spot in their schedule, showed up on time, and did their work efficiently. When the work was complete, the technician reviewed everything he had done with me.

Garage door broke down around 5 p.m. Went on Angie's List and found Champion Garage Doors. Called around 5:15 p.m. and set-up an appointment for the same night. Got a call from the tech. around 6:00 p.m. telling me he would be at my home in about an hour at which time he showed up around 6:50 p.m. Showed me that he would have to replace the broken springs and cables and went right to work. In about 40 minutes he had the door fixed all of the roller brackets tightened and all of the moving metal parts lubricated. All in all a very good experience.

The garage door spring broke sometime in the night. What an inconvenience when trying to get to work in the morning. I did a quick Angie's List search and found Champion! I received exceptional customer service and professional care from the minute I placed my distressed call before 8 a.m. to the moment MIke, the service tech, drove out of my driveway after fixing my garage door. I will use Champion Garage Doors again and share their name with anyone looking for garage door repairs or installations. Thank you Mike for a job well done. Thank you Champion for being such a first class business.

Service was great. They showed up on time (actually a bit earlier than expected, which was great for us) and immediately got to work. I called them for a broken torsion spring and while he was fixing our spring, he also noted that our rollers were in poor shape. He said that our garage door had lifetime warranty, so only cost was for labor. All finished in about 1.5 hours and the results were great. I immediately noticed the quietness of the garage door when I got home, before I knew about the rollers being replaced.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were awesome. After he left I thought he broke my garage door opener but it was just working better. It was so great and the sound was so different. I was very impressed with him and he was wonderful. The price covered what I needed immediately but he also gave me a quote for a new garage door which I need desperately because the door is damaged. It seemed very fair from my research. I will definitely call them back to replace it. The price was very good and definitely worth the money I paid. He did not push me into purchasing anything.
