Description of Work: Preventative maintenance: Quickly inspected and lubricated garage door. Said it was OK. Quickly replaced seal on bottom of door for additional $60.00. Everything was completed very quickly! Worth the price to be told that door was functional and properly maintained.

Description of Work: I called for an appointment to purchase new garage doors early in the week. The person who answered the phone told me that someone would be out on Sat. late morning, and would call in the early morning that day to tell us a time. We waited around all morning and heard nothing. Finally at noon I called Champion and left a message asking if anyone would be out that day and asked them to return my call. We never heard back from them.

Description of Work: used angie's list deal for garage door check/maintenance. wanted them to look at chewed PVC trim around garage also. tech never got the message about the PVC and needed to make another trip (at no charge). replaced the rollers on first visit at additional cost. pvc "curled over" on itself- didn't like the look and thought it wasn't effective. waited at home x 2 days for tech to come- called late at 315pm. difficulty with rescheduling and getting message through. finally came out last week and fixed the PVC somehow.
