Description of Work: Garage Door Tune-Up was performed quickly and professionally. My door was not closing tight to the garage floor and as a result, mice were getting in. In less than 30 minutes they checked all the hinges, tracks, gears, pulleys and adjusted the door so that it closed much better than it did before. Nice job.

Description of Work: Paid for the $39 tune up on one of our garage doors, both of our doors were taken care of. We added the gaskets to both doors and new rollers on both doors. Total was $345... unfortunately minutes after the service was done, I could not close the larger door and then had trouble closing the one that had the tune up. I called the service person back and he could not come back until the next day. A different guy came out the next day and there was a problem with the motor on the large door and the small door needed to be readjusted. That was an additional $345.

Description of Work: A general maintenance and lubrication of the garage door mechanisms was completed. At Champion's suggestion, I had the bottom door gasket replaced. He also gave me excellent advice on how to fix a problem with rust and to do spring and fall maintenance myself. A very helpful service visit.

Description of Work: My garage door was inspected. The service guy said a couple things should be done, I agreed, he said he didn't have the parts on the truck and would call me the next week and that was 3 weeks ago. I have not heard from him. I was very happy with everything until that!

Description of Work: Tune up the garage door opener/closer. The request for a tune-up was triggered by a very jerky motion for the last 18" while closing. After the tune-up, the door moved very smoothly - except for the last 18". The technician could not identify the problem, but offered pass the problem on to a more knowledgeable person. Since he had already spent an hour trying to fix this, I let it go. I later confirmed the problem is with a misaligned top track. I loosened the bolts holding part of the track and let it align itself over the past two months. Still not perfect, but better.

Description of Work: Nice guy. Recommended new wheels on each door. The bearings were shot in the wheels which explained why the door sometimes refused to open or close without getting stuck. Overall, everything seems good.
