Said the rollers were older and could be more efficient with the new not metal rollers. I agreed (less strain on the opener) he replaced them. It was fast and it works very well now. I will call them again when needed

Description of Work: Performed tune up on garage door and fixed the issues I was having. Also replaced the battery for me in the keypad as I was not able to remove the back to get to the batteries. Also discussed what should be addressed in the future.

Description of Work: They tuned up my door and replaced some worn wheels and replaced the bottom rubber gasket that seals the door at the bottom.

Description of Work: They were great! Did a nice job of tuning the garage as well as fixing an issue we were having with the garage intermittently not closing. Made recommendations on weather sealing the bottom with no pressure. Great service

Description of Work: Service tech visually inspected garage door opener mechanism; operated opener to check for unusual sounds or vibrations; checked tightness of bolts in track; lubed track, wheels, springs, etc. Basically he said I was doing a great job of preventative maintenance (nice to know) and said the ca. 20 YO equipment looked to be in good shaped and functioned well. He said failures in the main spring or lifter itself could not be reasonably predicted and that the unit may be nearing the end of use but didn't need to be replaced until that happened. Because my maintenance resulted in a very short inspection, the tech left a can of silicone spray lube as a bonus! Definitely would call them when opener needs further service.
