Description of Work: Champion Garage Doors was able to come out the same day I made the call. The spring on our garage door snapped and needed to be replaced. We also needed new rollers and the service person had time to replace those as well while he was here and had all the equipment needed with him to perform the services in a timely fashion. Very courteous. I would definitely recommend Champion Garage Doors.

Description of Work: There some problems with the garage door and the repairman was very up front about the esimate to repair it and told me just what wrong with the door. He also did everything I contracted for. I was very happy with his work and will call them again.

Description of Work: I had a tune-up. I received a call indicating when they would show up and they were on the early end of the time given, which was nice. The tune-up went well, but most helpful, the technician walked through each of the checkpoints with me to show me what was working and what should be fixed. He explained various options of varying cost which would address my issues. He also explained the importance of various parts of the garage door system and preventative measures to take in the future to ensure a long life for the door. Extremely well-informed technician. No pressure to buy additional services and like I said various solutions to address my garage door issues.
