Description of Work: They had issues on the previous job on the initially scheduled day and service had to be rescheduled. | |I bought a garage door maintenance deal from Angie's list. In addition to the maintenance I purchased two remotes and requested the code be changed as I had just purchased the house and only received one opener with a dead battery when I bought the house. I have not verified that the door code has been changed as I have not replaced the battery on the original remote. | |When service was performed it was performed professionally in a timely manner. Would have appreciated a heads up that service was going to be cancelled on the original day in a more timely manner.

We appreciate your feedback. The tune up was complete, however, in looking at the notes your cables are frayed and it was recommended that you replace the rollers. You chose not to fix either of those issues so there was not much more that could have been done.

Description of Work: Garage door tune-up. Often our garage door did not stay down when lowered. We asked if that could be fixed with the tune up. The service person thought so but suggested other work which had just been done by someone else. The door sill opens itself periodically, but not as often as before. We will call someone else to look at it.

Description of Work: They came out for a broken spring, but with the age of the door we decided to replace the door and spring. There was a wait for the door to be available to install, but the next week they installed it quickly and professionally. I would have them out again if needed in the future.
