Description of Work: A gentleman came out and tuned up the garage door. After he left the door did not sit correctly in the tracks. I contacted them and they responded very well by coming out in a timely manner and correcting the problem. I am very pleased am impressed their professionalism and integrity. I would trust them to work on my home again.

Description of Work: He did not show up. He called at 8:15am telling me he would be here between 12-2. I told him I would call him right back, because, my husband had emergency surgery the night before. I wanted to make sure he was stable before I committed. I asked if the number he was calling from is the number I should call back. Yes. I called back within 5 minutes and left a message that yes, come. Around 1:00 I called that number again to make sure he got my message and left the message. At 2:00 he still had not arrived or called me back. At 2:00 I called him and left a message that I was leaving to be with my husband at the hospital finally, and wanted my money back. He still as never returned a call to me. RUDE!!!

Description of Work: He replaced the bottom seal and did a tune-up. Found 2 cables that should be replaced plus 10 rollers that were wearing out, and so these were replaced also. When he left, the garage door motor was quieter, and door running smoothly. Now it jerks a bit, but doesn't stop, but I will call them if I have future problems.
