Description of Work: Chris did service on my garage door. It now doesn't squeak and struggle when it opens and closes! He also replaced the sweep, as it was cracked and had leaks. He suggested that I should replace the rollers, and I will do so soon.

Description of Work: Having trouble with our garage door stalling on the way up and on the way down. Tech. cleaned track and inspected other parts. Works great!!

Description of Work: Initially bought a tune-up package. I figured there may be more work to be done. Provider came out, noticed the casters were frozen from rust and recommended replacement. Also fixed the bracket attached to door which had broken off once. | |The repairs were quick and the door closes much more quietly now! | |Only issue was that the door did have some issues closing due to a slight change in force (likely due to position of door bracket). All the work was performed correctly, but due to the way the garage door opener is a bit hidden from access, tech was frustrated they couldn't' directly access it to adjust closing force. That part I understood, but I didn't like that I was basically blamed for having a crappy Wayne Dalton door opener instead of them telling me up front that they typically expect easy access to the opener's adjustment knobs. The Wayne Dalton pre-dates my ownership of home, and it has been operational for 20+ years so I'm not sure how 'crappy' it really has been.

Description of Work: Champion came to do a general check-up on my garage door, since I just purchased the home and wanted to make sure it was in good shape. The technician could not replicate the problem of the door reopening on its own during closing, so he did not fix that. He did not have enough WD-40 to fully lubricate the mechanisms, but did replace the seal on the bottom of the door.

Description of Work: Tuned up garage door and opener, replaced door rollers with nylon rollers. All was great, except for initial scheduling. I set an appointment for Dec. 23, and waited, and tried to contact company for exact time. Couldn't get through and my messages were not returned. I know it was jus a month mix-up, so close to the holidays. Champion Has done excellent work for me before, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They would be my first call in an emergency.

Description of Work: Winter tune up Door seal, Needed new rollers which I anticipated. Basic tune up was $89.00. Additional parts - 10 rollers at $12.50 each installed. I had to cancel once, they had to cancel once, but we got it done
