Description of Work: I had a really weird experience with this company. They came out to tune up my garage and replace the weather strip. | |They showed up on time, it was one younger gentlemen in a truck. We talked, I mentioned my concerns and everything seems normal. I asked him to let me know when he gets done and I went into my house. | |Initially I heard the garage door go up/down and making noise. About an hour or so later, it was quite, I look thru the window, the gentlemen sits in driver's seat with his hand on the notepad with pen in his hand and he is passed out. I immediately went outside as I was afraid something happened - he had a heart attack or something, when I got out, the truck was running, so I knocked on the window, nothing, so I opened the door and poke him in the shoulder. Now he wakes up, I asked him if he is OK, he says yes and mumbles something which I didn't understand. I went inside again. About 30mins later I go outside and he is sleeping again!! I had to leave to pick up my kid from daycare, so I closed the garage and left. When I came back about 90 mins later, he was gone. | |I can't judge the work, as I don't know if he even did anything inside for the tune up, the concern I had was still there. He definitely replaced the weather strip though, and did a poor job at that, as he cut the strip short, on both ends it is missing about 6 inches, so when it goes down there is clear gap on each side and light fills the garage from there. | | |

Description of Work: I was having an issue where my garage door was slow going up and saw the Angie's list deal. The technician was very professional. He explained everything about garage door maintenance but was unable to fix the problem with the door. The opener is the problem but the only way to fix was by replacing the opener. He left a couple of quotes to replace the opener. I haven't acted on them yet.

Description of Work: They did less service than was described in a Angie's List Deal. They only did what was required to get my door working correctly and just charged me for that lesser amount and the Deal price was refunded by Angie's List.
