Description of Work: The service was fine; however, I paid Angies list and also the paid the provider. After initial phone call, the provider indicated that they would mail a check for the refund. I have since not received the check and have left multiple messages with no response. Upset over the lack of effort to correct this situation.

I received an email stating that none of the 3 separate time frames I gave them would work and that I would have to call them to reschedule. When I called the number provided it said the number was no longer working. I was still charged for the service and have had no contact from the company.
