Description of Work: It took a few weeks to garner a reply to my several messages (ie:be patient) but their courtesy and professionalism trumped my frustration. Ironically, I then had my days mixed up and was not home at the time of our scheduled appointment. Oy. My bad. ...They were very gracious and kindly rescheduled for the next day. Work was completed, I was shown how to take care of the springs and rollers properly and all is well in the garage door world.
