Perfect. I thought he would be there earlier but it did not matter since he was going to use the garage code.

Called them for an estimate on a Saturday , price was good, expected them to say they couldn't come out until next week, but he was here in 20 minutes! The work was completed quickly, the repair person was very professional, and explained the work that was done, and gave me tips on how to keep the door running well in the future. The Angie's list coupon for discounted service call was great!

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out excellent. They charged me extra other than the actual big deal, because I had some extra work done while they were here.

Ok, seriously, these guys are GREAT! First of all, once I bought the coupon they CALLED ME to set up an appointment to fulfill on the coupon as quickly as possible. They had to try me a few times as I wasn't around for their first two calls. I appreciate their persistence. I actually bought the coupon because my garage door opener had been giving me trouble and the coupon came along on one of those days. We set up the appointment -- two hour window convenient for me -- and Rob showed up RIGHT ON TIME! We actually have three garage doors and he took a quick look at the other two as well. He fixed things so they'd work as much as he could given the age of the opener. He recommended some struts to support the width of the door which he said should have been put on the doors when the openers were first installed. He could not make the safety stop function work but other than that and the support struts he felt it would work. Since we have a child I was not happy to have the safety function not work. So they came back -- again at a time convenient for me -- and replaced the garage door opener. Rob and Mike came ON TIME and worked quickly and professionally. The new opener is whisper quiet -- really!-- there are support struts on all three garage doors and new weatherstripping as well. I will most certainly use these guys again for any garage needs.

Very professional, didn't try to upgrade another service, fast and respectful

We had a different company out to put new tension springs in the door back in January. They did not install them right and I could not get them to come back out and fix it. So I lived with it a while and then purchased this coupon. The tech for Champion, Rob, came out and did a great job. I wanted to be here but due to a work situation I was not able to make it. I got on the phone with Rob and told him my concerns and he said he would take care of it. He did a great job and my wife said she was impressed. He also looked at our other door and lubed it. He also installed some rollers on our main door and that was 99.00 extra. We paid 20.00 total for all the work and now if finally works smooth again.

Everything went extremely well. Rob was punctual, professional, friendly, did high quality work and explained everything to me very clearly.

Fantastic! He arrived on time, started working right away, was very professional, courteous, and helpful. He knows what he is doing! He is efficient and quick. We were very pleased.

Champion was prompt in scheduling the service, and Rob arrived within the timeframe. Rob first asked what concerns (if any) I had, and I pointed out a few things I had noticed. Rob got to work, and was able to address all of the concerns I had, along with replacing the seals, in about 45 minutes. After he was done, he went over all of the work that he performed, pointed out potential future problem areas and things to be aware of, and just gave some general tips (without being pushy or trying to force me into replacing anything now). I was very satisfied with the work performed and would use them again in the future.

Champion Garage Doors did a nice job. They were friendly and professional. They made me aware of any potential issues that may come up in the future.

Rob showed up on time and did the door tune-up. He recommended that I get new rollers and installed them. He showed me the work he did and then showed me all the parts that need to be lubricated on a regular basis. He was very professional and friendly.

Works like new. Great knowledge and service.

What a friendly guy!!! He called to schedule and apologized if he took a few days to get to me. Was right on time, we discussed issues and he went to work. Within 1/2 hour he was done. He TAUGHT me how to lubricate, where and with what and when. I have a new seal on the bottom and I am set. If I have any more issues with the door, I know who to call. Very positive experience!!!

During the inspection, it was determined that some of the rollers were in need of replacement and so I had them replaced. Rob and Mike were so pleasant, got the work done quickly and efficiently and were professional. They did an excellent job and cleaned up before they left. I would recommend Champion and will use this company again.

I purchased their Big Deal from Angie's List for a garage door tune-up and new weatherstripping. I received an email stating someone will be calling within the next couple days and the day after, I received a call to schedule the appointment. The technician, Rob, replaced the bottom seal and after the tune-up informed me that I should consider replacing the metal rollers and that a spring was broken. I asked if I needed to schedule another service call and was happy to hear he could repair these items right then and there. Rob came within the designated schedule timeframe, was professional and very courteous (even replaced my burned out light bulb).

I bought the offer one week ago, got a call from the guys two days later to schedule the service, and today it was fixed perfectly! Rob arrived during the 2 hour time block we had scheduled. He was very pleasant and professional. We discussed the problems and he explained that he could take care of everything right on the spot. He replaced the weatherstrip, oiled everything, added new rollers and fixed the light that has never worked correctly. He also noted that the safety feature on the door-- where it should automatically go up if it senses something under it-- wasn't working. So he reset that. All of this in less than an hour! Before leaving, he showed me how to keep everything working correctly by oiling it twice a year. I'm totally happy with the service, promptness, professionalism and cost. I would definitely use Champion Garage Doors again. Thank you!!

The repairman showed up on time and replaced the garage door opener mechanism with a quieter model. We are very pleased with it.

Everything looked good when he left on Friday. After I swept out the garage and tried to close the door it wouldn't close without holding the button down. I called Rob and he said he'd come back on Monday to check it out if the problem persisted over the weekend. It still happened over the weekend so he came back today (Monday) and replaced some wires which seems to have resolved the problem.

Purchased Big Deal from Angie's List. Easy initial schedule. Initially I thought it was just to check out the site, make sure the Deal would cover the job, and then setup the install date, but Rob said he was able to get started on one if I was ready. We started that and then he told another job ended early and he could have one of his workers over to get the second door done the same day. They did a fantastic job of install, cleanup, training, etc. As I was not expecting the installs that day, their was some junk in the way of installing one of the openers, but Rob and Mike moved it and got the job done. I would easily recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their garage openers/doors.

He showed up on time and was friendly and respectful. He replaced the door opener and did preventative maintenance on the door and installed a keypad that we requested separately from the Deal. He also went out of his way and did preventative maintenance on my other two garage doors for no extra cost. I would definitely use this company again.

Rob was very responsive with this emails and kept us up to date on the costs and when he could get the doors we ordered. He has excellent customer service skills, and answered all our questions quickly and accurately. Rob worked with us and fit everything into our schedule. Rob and Champion Garage Doors were great to work with, and I would use them again in a second.

Spring broke on the garage door on Saturday. Called Champion Garage Doors at 1:15pm thinking there was no chance of getting it fixed over the weekend. Left a message at 1:15pm, Rob was at our house by 3:15 and had garage working by 4:15pm. Not only did he replace both springs but checked over the rest of the garage door. Rob was professional and very nice - even in the pouring rain! Great job and awesome service!!

Called Thursday afternoon and setup an appointment for Friday morning. Arrived as stated and completed the job quickly. No hidden surprises amount quoted on phone was amount I paid.

Initially I had contacted him and told him that i needed new springs on an 18 ft door. He replaced the springs with what i believed to be 16' door springs.
