The service provider was very professional in suggesting alternatives to the advertised service provided.

Would recommend these guys any day! A slight mis-communication in when they would come for service led me to rate them a "B" in both responsiveness and punctuality but I believe that to be a combination of in climate weather more than their professionalism. They came to fix my garage door, which was done promptly and at less cost that I initially thought. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

The guy who came out did a good job. There were no additional charges for the service. We were impressed with him. He was professional and he showed up on time. He took a look at both our garage doors even though we had only paid for one. I would recommend him. This was the first time that we used him. He provided a good service and was very helpful. I would use his service again. We have not had issues with the garage door since he provided the service.

One coil spring (out of two) was broken. Called mid-morning on a bitter cold Monday after researching on Angie's list. Made a same day appointment. Repairman was here in less than an hour. After fixing the spring he pointed out that some of the door panels were hitting the door frame as the door opened and recommended that I sand down a high spot on the frame. Both the man on the telephone and the man who came out were friendly and polite. The job includes a 5 year warranty. The cost is the net after a $20 coupon for Angie's list users. We are satisfied with the work and would recommend these people to anybody!

Not only did he do as the "Big Deal" promised, but he helped us reset it because the internal circuit breaker had tripped. We were very pleased with this serviceman and the company he works for; Champion Garage Doors.

Everything went great. Rob was prompt and professional and completed our repair on a Saturday. The price was great, especially compared to some competitors.

He came out and checked out the gear but he told me I need a new garage door opener, which I agreed to because my opener is old. He said that he would come back Thursday to do that but now I can't even get my garage door closed. I want a refund! This is bad service!

Darn - I wrote most of the details above - Champion Garage Doors is fantastic and I am telling everyone I know about how wonderful they are - The man who came out to my house on 12/23/13 was so professional and so good. It was below zero at the time and I asked if he wanted to come in and warm up and he said No, I have another job to do after this (and it was 4 PM) He said they had been very busy., He went right to work and fixed all my problems - My garage door wouldn't go up or down. he cleaned the sensors and moved them to a higher level at the bottom of the doors - fixed 3 old remotes to work on the door so I can give them to my kids - he replaced rollers - oiled and lubed everything - checked the lights - This company is amazing and would have cost me hundreds of dollars with any other company - this was the BEST service! This man deserves a big Christmas Bonus! I am going to see that everyone I know will call on Champion Garage Door if they EVER need service. The phone number is 651-321-3667. It was going to be a tune up and bottom seal weatherstrip replacement, but tech missed my call earlier in the day. I called and the tech called and came out later that cold day. We had been having trouble with our door not closing most of the time and the tech fixed that instead. It was late and I did not want them to do the weatherstrip replacement then so I will probably schedule that this spring. I am going to also price a new garage door with them for information only at this time. The young man was very apologetic about missing the earlier appointment and I appreciated that alot.

He did the Big Deal servicing. He also repaired the garage door opener (replaced a broken part) and replaced the rollers. I had tried to adjust the opener myself without success. It works great now.

The door was in need of some major help and the person who showed up to do a normal maintenance (oil and lube) noticed issues right away. After returning a few days later with all the parts the door now functions and is much quieter. Thanks!

My 9x7 garage door was scheduled & serviced within 7 days. Mike H was prompt, professional demeanor and courteous. His return phone calls were timely. The door is 14 years old; requiring attention as it has only had lubricant on the rollers over those years. The door rattled quite a bit and the garage door did not close due to the movement of the 'eyes' due to the vibration. The bottom seal was replaced, and the door was inspected as well as the hardware. Mike recommended a cross bar to even out the weight of the door upon opening/closing. Also some of my rollers had bent due to the wt. stress adding to the rattling. The 8 rollers were replaced at my request, and the door was tightened up, along with the closer adjusted. Mike was very efficient and knowledgeable. My door's performance now is as though it was brand new! Mike conveyed to me that the door will last another 20 years. So far, that holds true.

Checked out and tuned up my garage door. Did not need any new parts.

I purchased a garage door tune-up, knowing that there was a chronic problem with the door or opener. The technician arrived on time and was very polite. I was told that my door was quite old and the tune-up would be limited because of that, and he offered to credit the cost of the tune-up to a new door and track instead. I chose to continue with the tune-up and specifically mentioned the nature of the ongoing issue, which fortunately was presenting itself. After the work was performed, the technician clearly explained the work done and said that he couldn't find the cause of my specific concern, but explained some of the measures he performed to check for it. When he left the door was operating properly. | |The next day the issue presented itself again. I called the number listed on the repair sticker and got what seemed to be a personal cell phone voicemail. I left a message, but never heard back.

Showed up on time and said we'd be better off replacing the garage doors for the cost to fix them so never had them do the service paid for.

A cable on our 1958 garage door broke the night before and I called them a little after 7 the next morning. They said they would have one of the repair guys stop by our house on the way in to work. Within a 1/2 hour, a guy was there checking things out. Because of the age of the door and equipment, he needed a few pieces he didn't have on the truck. He said he would be back in a half hour, and he was. 2 1/2 hours from the first phone call, all work was completed and the door was back in business. They were prompt, professional, efficient and knowledgable. I would not hesitate to use them again and also will recommend them to friends and neighbors who are looking for a good garage door company. We will use them again in January to replace the garage door opener with a model that has a battery backup built into it.

Provider was very accommodating and flexible. Based on my experience, I would recommend them to others.

I told you above what happen in the section what prompted this refund request. Mr Rob Hoenie told my husband he was going to give us credit over the phone and after the job was done replacing Spring Change etc. He told my husband that the total would be $225.00 but he would give him a $20.00 Angie List Coupon which made the total bill $205.00 and no credit for the $99.00 I already paid directly to Angie List. I want my $99.00 I paid to Angie's list back immediately. My garage door still does not work and I want my money back, I will never deal with this Company again.

They did a wonderful job. Prompt. Work was done quickly and at the price quoted. I've very, very happy with their service.

Champion Garage Doors were on time and everything was excellent. They did a good job. Everything is working good now. The price was a little high for the small amount of time it took him to do it. But it probably would have been more than that if I would have had somebody else do it.
