CHAMPION GARAGE DOORS

It was a realy cold day (below zero) the tech was on time, and went right to work was realy professional and helpful. I would use them again if I had to.(even at full price)

It was good. The prices are low.

Loved working with this company. Hey we're professional and I did not feel like they ups old me anything. They explained things I might need and for a responsible price were able to address some issues with the rollers on my door.

They were punctual and friendly.

i had a spring break. i can't quite remember the price. i think it was fixed for the tune up, 129$ and 80? or so for the springs. i also can't remember the date. no issues.

Over the phone, they clearly explained what the options and costs are going to be, and were very pleasant and attentive to my questions. They were able to respond on the same day, and didn't try to charge me extra for "same day service". Technician came onetime, worked fast and clean, and completed the job entirely to my satisfaction. I would unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone.

They are extremely professional and accomidating. They have excellent customer service and quality of work. I would highly recommend them.

Came on a Sunday to do it (I couldn't get in or out of my garage).

He finished in minutes!! Did a excellent job, and also quickly checked my door and said I was in good shape. I feel they went above and beyond, were efficient and pleasant. Would use them again and recommend to anyone.

They performed the services that I ordered. The reason for the mixed review is the lack of communications when they had a problem with parts. |When an appointment was totally missed, no communication was made. I had to call the company. They did finally complete the job. They actually did |a very good job and I would use their services again. Anyone can make several mistakes as long as they correct the problems. They did not charge any extra for the additional work that they performed.

Showed up as expected - and on time! It was a frightfully cold day, work was done quickly. Highly recommend!!

Rob quickly diagnosed the problem with our garage door, which turned out to be a broken spring. He replaced the spring and the garage door is back in service. I recommend this company and I will use them again in the future.

My garage door cable broke, and they had someone promptly out to fix it in subzero temps the next morning.

Company responded promptly, came out to fix the door in super-cold freezing weather. Very professional and pleasant. Door works perfectly now. Would definitely use this company again.

They called me within 5 minutes of my email through Angie's List. They had a technician available in 1-1/2 hours on a Sunday. He arrived on time and assessed the situation quickly. He showed me the lubricant that should be used twice/year to keep the door in good operating condition. The best part of all is that he only charged me the Tune-Up Special price which I was not expecting. Nice guy - very personable. Great job.

My electric garage door opener had stopped functioning. I found the coupon on Angie's List for a Garage Door check up (maybe the wrong term, but correct idea) Champion found that there was a broken gear in the opener's motor.

It went great, the service provider was on time and very professional. He explained the problem clearly and did what was needed to fix it on the spot. It took under an hour from start to finish. We felt like Mike, the service provider went the extra mile as he left us with some spray lubricant to use in the future.

Exactly on time for an afternoon appointment. Bottom weather stripping was missing and although they had planned on only replacing the stripping, they willingly replaced the strip holder as well. Suggested to change the wheels which was an adder of $100 - more than what evidently others had paid looking at the reviews now. He predicted my chain drive wasn't going to last much longer and sure enough, it failed within 2 weeks! I called them back and they came out within 24 hours to replace the door opener with a belt drive. Great system with a motion light when you open the garage door and a read out on the panel with time/temp and what is wrong if a sensor is blocked etc. ~$500 for the new opener installed. I would use these guys again. No surprises and quality products/workmanship.

The service provided was fine. I asked him to put a liner under the garage door and that went very well. He was very nice and did a good job.

The service person, Mike, did all that he was suppose to and also pointed out something that should be looked at and corrected on our door. I thought when he did this that he was going to try to sell me another service but rather said we should call the company that had performed that service and have them come out and look at it. I appreciated his honesty but also the fact that he didn't solicit for additional services (money!) Very pleased with the service.

It went very well. Mike arrived on time and went right to work, explaining to me what he was seeing and what needed attention. Very professional and personable.

Got home from work to discover the garage door stopped working. Called Champion and didn't expect anyone out until later in the week. He offered to come out the next day, on New Years Day. It was a holiday and super cold out yet he was still friendly, professional and thorough with the job. He was even early for the appointment! This is the second time we have had Champion out to fix our garage door and the second time we have been super pleased with their service and quality of work. Thank you!!

Called Champion early on a Friday morning and a technician was available and dispatched within 45 mins. Tech was personable and quickly and expertly replaced the spring. I would definitely recommend this company.

They came out the same day, they were even early. Very helpful, friendly and professional! I should have used the service coupon before it broke but they had another usable coupon on angie's list.

Called about 2pm, repair guy showed up roughly 5:45 and was done and gone by 6:20. Very friendly, very professional. Highly reccomend.
