Great! The technician was on-time, did the tune-up and made recommendations. I gave him the go ahead on his recommendations. Repairs were done well and on a timely basis. He was very through and explaine everything to me.

Even though the angies list coupon was bought and used, I was told that a regular clean up would not do the trick. All in all with the angies list coupon out of pocket expenses were about $300. Way more than I wanted to pay but I was out of options because I had aleady bought the angies list coupon. Next time if I have an issue, I will ask what the cost will be without the an angies list coupons and with, also will fish around for a better price. This is just my experience. Vendor was on time and so far the work he did has wrked very well. Probably $300 well spent under the circumstances.

Great response. Returned a call on a Sunday and were there first thing Monday morning.

Contractor called me in the morning as scheduled, arrived within the specified time frame and was completed in the specified time frame. He was very efficient in his work and honest with what needed to be done and why. I was impressed with his speed and accuracy. My garage door is back to operating normally and has made my winter much easier. I appreciated Rob's recommendations for relplacing the roller balls as well. I'm very pleased with his professionalism. Will definitely use Champion Garage Doors again in the future.

At 5 p.m. on a weekday, a spring broke on my garage door. I didn't want to leave my cars in the driveway with a winter storm on the way. Other companies were closed for the day or only willing to service commercial customers at emergency rates. Mindy at Champion Garage Door took my call, checked on the availability of a technician and called me back in 10 minutes. Champion had a man in my area, Joel, who arrived at 6:30, was gone an hour later, mission accomplished. The garage door on my 1960's rambler is original equipment and the door mechanism, tracks and rollers are obsolete by today's standards. Consequently, some extra labor was necessary. Ordinarily the cost for a job like this would have been $179. My Angie's List coupon for $20 was immediately accepted. Joel was courteous, professional and willing to discuss the pros and cons of replacing the door without any pressure tactics. I'll most likely call Champion in the spring to replace my aging garage door.

Everything went great. The scheduler was very accommodating and was able to get a service person to our home within a few hours of my request. The guy who made the repairs was prompt, friendly and thorough. It was a great experience, and I would definitely call Champion again.

I bought my home 2 years ago -- my Realtor specified the type of garage door to be put in (new garage). The door has moaned and groaned since I moved in -- quite embarrassing. So when I saw the $39 Champion garage door tuneup offer I went for it. The fellow who came over to work on it tightened the belt, told me everything he was going to do, suggested having the 10 little plastic wheels that are 5 to each side of the garage door changed out for higher quality ones, so I gave him the go-ahead for that. He adjusted some more things, was highly excellent at explaining the workings of a garage door to me and why mine was sounding like it was a banshee of some type. All told? My garage door now works smoothly and really quite quietly. This is excellent stuff and I am a highly happy customer! The wheels were $10 each, installed, for replacement, so that's where the extra $100 came in. This was a very good experience.

He was honest in telling me that I could hold off for a couple of years in replacing my 26 year old opener. I appreciated that. Honest and professional. Would use again.

I emailed for a service request and was contacted via telephone within 30 minutes. Even though it was a Saturday afternoon and my issue was a non-emergency, they evaluated to see if they could have a service call done that day. When that didn't work, they offered to come first thing Sunday morning. I was given a 2 hour window for service technician to arrive. He arrived within the first 30 minutes, quickly diagnosed issue of a broken spring and replaced. Was in and out in under an hour and my door is working great. Thanks! I would use Champion again!

I was in a situation where I couldn't get my cars out of the garage. Mike dropped by within 2 hours of the call and replaced the torsion spring right away. Also, I was thinking about changing out my garage door. The company was very honest and recommended I switch to nylon rollers. The garage door is like brand new, it is so quiet and smooth. Thanks for the recommendation!

I bought the special offer for a garage door tune up on this site, and it said on the page that the company would contact us within 2 business days. Three days later, I received a short email saying that they would contact us soon. Yes this is contact, but it certainly does not meet the standards that I would expect since we already paid for the service. It is now 6 business days later and no other contact. Our garage door that needed a tune up, now has stopped working. I feel that had the company honored the agreement that Angie's list gave about contact within two days(true contact, that is), the problem could have been found during the tune up and prevented. I would like to change this review to be more positive, but we'll have to see what happens. UPDATE: After writing the above review we received a call and they came out the next day to perform the service. The service provided was good and our garage door is working again.

They were able to arrive same day as my call. Found out had a broken spring. The first technician did not have the parts, but another was on the way with the springs. They were great! Once the 2nd tech was there I was able to go to work and they finished the job. Also got new rollers and they work great!! Very appreciative of their service.

Very professional, honest service. Did just what was expected and i plan to use Champion in the future. He inspected the garage door, oiled it the gear and wheels. Explained how to re-engage the door to the gear and explained how much more life the garage door motor has before it should be replaced. He answered all of my questions.

That turned out well. They came out shortly after purchasing the deal. One technician came out and he was here for about an hour. He did a good job and everything worked well afterward.

That service turned out good. They came out a week after I purchased the deal. They door opens and closes better, due to it was out of an alignment before. Just one technician and came out and he was here for less than an hour.

The service worked out very good. The garage was 20 years old, and it hadn't been checked, and so it wasn't working properly. They were very nice, they had efficient customer service. They were very good, and you could tell that they knew the work. I paid an additional amount for additonal parts.
