CHAMPION GARAGE DOORS

Garage door spring broke, with a loud bang. trapping the car in the garage. Got recommendation from neighbor and Angie's list Called and service tech was at the house in less than an hour. Fixed what needed fixing. Nice guy and competent.

The service turned out very good. We were very pleased. We had to pay extra for the rollers. They are excellent, he is very knowledgeable, very helpful, very pleasant to deal with. They were excellent. We would definitely use them again in the future.

It was fine. There was nothing negative. They were thorough.

He was great. Arrived on time, did what I paid him for, and pointed out a repair that I needed....which was pretty obvious once I understood how the mechanism worked. He had the parts with him and was done and gone in about an hour. No pressure, no gimmicks, completely hassle-free.

This was our secondary 9x7 garage door. It needed some adjustment with the chain as well as the spring so we kept it closed/locked and unplugged the opener. The upside of this was that the door wasn't very heavily used - a garage door tuneup was just the ticket. The tech worked for about 30 minutes to make the door operational. The bottom weatherstrip was also decayed and needed replacement - I thought the price was a bit stiff for the weatherstrip but overall it was good work. I would say the tune-up is a great value if you simply need your door adjusted.

It went well. However, still waiting for a call back to schedule the second garage door tune-up.

UPDATE: This was found to be a glitch in the system. Once Champion and Angie's became aware of the issue they had called to set up an appointment and were out a.s.a.p. They did a fine job.

Mike was very pleasant to work with! He explained everything in detail. We had some issues with the door going up so far and stopping, and Mike was able to discern the problem & find a solution. He put on some new nylon rollers, and the door is now very quiet and works flawlessly!

I detailed what I needed done on the phone, and they came out and took care of the problem. They were able to come out pretty quickly after I purchased the big deal. They were at the house for about an hour. They were great and very nice.

We had 1 spring of our garage door that was broke. I called Champion this morning to see if it was possible to come out today & replace both springs....You just know the other one will break. Mike said they could do it today & he'll give the work order to 1 of the guys to come out & repair it. Shortly after I spoke with Mike, Rob called saying he could be out in 30 minutes. Rob replaced both springs, lubricated the door & tracks & adjusted the opener belt. He was on time, very professional, thorough, reasonably priced & very nice to do business with. Anytime we need repairs or replacements done to our garage door, Champion will be the one we call.

I purchased a garage door tune-up deal from Champion Garage Doors through Angie?s List and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I was promptly contacted by a representative from Champion Garage Doors to set-up the appointment and found that they were very accommodating with my schedule. The technician showed up within the scheduled appointment window and was extremely courteous/professional. I have an older garage door that hasn?t been working very well so I wasn?t sure what to expect when they conducted the tune-up. I ended up being pleasantly surprised when the technician completed the job because the door seemed to be working better than it had been before. The technician was very upfront about everything and made some suggestions on how to improve the performance of the door. He even left me a can of lubricant to keep the rollers working well! The part that impressed me the most however, was that he was very open with me about my options and at no point did he ever make me feel pressured into purchasing additional products. He acknowledged that I could spend additional money on the door to make some improvements but he also pointed out that the door should continue to work well for a while as long as I keep up with some basic maintenance. Since the door is aging and beginning to show signs of that, I was left with a list of options/quotes for future reference (including replacing the door altogether) so I could make a well-informed, economical decision when the time comes. Due to my excellent experience with this company, I will definitely utilize them again in the future and recommend them to others.

The job went very well. He arrived and inspected the door and parts while I was present. He provided me a detailed description of what needed to be done and a price. When the work was done He showed me what he had done again. It was exactly what we had agreed on. The garage door now operates better than it ever has.

Making the appointment was incredibly easy. He showed up on time, did an excellent job and even oiled the rollers on my other garage door. I subsequently used this company to repair a broken spring. The response and service is outstanding.

Excellent service. Great communication from the minute I purchased the deal ($39 tune up). They called to schedule immediately. Very accommodating. Professional service. They recommended some minor repairs in addition to the tune up. This wasn't a surprise. Very reasonable and they took care of it on the spot. Also helped me program my universal remote.

Came out and did a tune up on our garage door, it had been getting troublesome to close in this cold weather. They checked it over completely, lubricated all parts, and replaced the rollers. Now it works great

They were able to come out the same day instead of the next day,which I really appreciated. The repair was done professionally and quickly. I would definitely call Champion again.

Technician arrived within two hour window schedule - even though it was a blizzard outside. Performed an inspection and evaluation on the door - advised me of items I should watch out for. I gave the okay to make all repairs while he was on site so I could get it done and out of the way. The tech (sorry I can't remember his name) was done in less than 30 minutes. Once repairs were complete, he explained everything one more time and answered all my questions. I will definitely continue to use Champion Garage Doors going forward.

It was just fine. They charged us more for the 3rd garage door we have.

I initially called because one of my garage doors wouldn't shut. They came out same day and provided me a "tutorial" of my garage door system, tune up, tightened the chain on one door, and replaced the rollers on both doors. They pointed out both strengths and needed fixes of the system, which I really appreciated. I will definetly use them again!

Great Service ! I had a problem with the way my door was originally installed. Champion recognized the problem, gave me a firm estimate and came back in two days with the right parts and did a great job. They even suggested future maintenance and will call back when the time arrives. Courteous, on time and fixed. Thanks.

That turned well. He came out and did what he needed to do. He provided a quick service and he was able to fix some issues that were wrong with my garage door the same day that he came out. That additional charge was about 100- $120 extra. Scheduling went well too.

Excellent customer service. Highly responsive. The installer provided feedback on future maintenance needs for the garage door. Received a call from the owner to follow-up on the repair. I would definitely use Champion again.
