They did the following projects in just a few days: â ¢ Removed 4 doors and replaced with new. â ¢ Removed a header from our bathroom shower, requiring sheetrock repair. â ¢ Installed light fixtures. â ¢ Installed a new fan, which required ceiling repairs for the new size. â ¢ Painted the bathroom and touched up around all the doors. This included finding paint to match our walls. All of this was challenging with an older home where nothing is level! Dennis and Daniel were great to work with. They are both knowledgeable and skilled craftsmen and very pleasant to have around, which is important when having someone in your home for several days. We did have a hiccup with the estimate at first but we worked it out satisfactorily and we were very happy with the end result.

Dennis Johnson and McLean helped us hang a couple of bathroom mirrors and some photo frames in another room. They did a great job! So happy to have their help with these projects!

I was excited to learn about Handyman Connection from the Dakota County Five Star Rated Homeowner Referral Guidebook when I needed help with multiple projects in the home we were moving into. I was also a little nervous but throughout the process of meeting with the estimator, project manager and talking with the Handyman Mark over the phone I was very pleased with their thoroughness. Mark B. spoke with me over the phone to be sure he understood the details of the project and what I was needing. Five stars for Mark B. The project was in 2 phases. The first phase involved moving the cabinet above the stove up to the allow the proper distance between the new stove and new microwave. Crown moulding was put around the cabinet to match the rest of the cabinets. One would never know it wasn't originally constructed that way. A cabinet above the refrigerator space had to be completely removed. The second phase involved constructing a platform with a railing around it and a step down into the garage for handicap usage. A new vanity mirror and light fixture were installed in the bathroom after removing the combination medicine cabinet/mirror/light fixture. Shelving was replaced in the pantry and utility room with deeper, laminate shelving. Various unneeded hooks were removed and areas were painted. The stairwell area had been partially finished with sheetrock and mud. This area was completed with sanding and painting. Also the back side of a peninsula was sanded, stained and varnished where a shelf was removed. Everything looks so nice! I would very much recommend this company - professional. thorough, concerned with doing the job right, efficient.

Handyman specializes in paring you up with subject matter experts for the individual needs and services; not just sends anyone!! Very professional tech that provided service and walked me through all steps and what he was doing!! I have 4 other projects that Sr. PROJECT Manager has already out to my home to quote estimates for next summers projects. I am excited and looking forward to it!! The remodel of our small bathroom went very well and was completed in less time than expected. The replacement of the floor, installing new vanity and sink and toilet, and painting of the walls was done very well and the people were friendly and helpful in completing the project.

The entire experience went very smoothly. The drywall repair was done properly and quickly and on time. I'm very satisfied with their work.

Paid 50% of project, scheduled project date and time, handyman did not show up nor did he call. I had to call to find out what happened to him. I could no long trust handyman to do the project, so I did not reschedule. Tried to cancel project and get my 50% refund. Handyman connection would only give refund less 5%. Would not recommend handyman connection, Would not trust this company for any work.

We were only able to complete 2 of 3 items because our new range was delayed. He agreed to return for 120V outlet when we have a firm delivery date scheduled for the stove.

Very poor; he told us upfront that his repair might not work; and when he failed to fix the problem, he said **I told you this repair might not work** after paying him dearly.

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which they did not resolve. Overcut boards, drove nails through siding, bad miter cut, unlevel boards, and on the side of the garage, they replaced they put up 9 boards when the other original side only has 8. Ruined original boards when removed and replaced brick molding.

ALEX and his partner were friendly, professional and completed excellent work. I was happy with their relaxed, but efficient style. They did not pressure me via add-on projects, while at the same time keeping me up to date on the project progress. ALEX and his working partner would be two pros I would highly recommend. It was very easy on my end and the work ended up looking great. I would definitely recommend them to friends and familty.

We hired Handyman to get our house ready to sell. We needed to move fast. I was skeptical (as I am about paying anybody these days). They did more work than I asked or expected, did it better than I could have hoped, and did more for less money because they craftsman was able to fix a warped door instead of replacing it. He could have made more money going ahead with my plan to buy a new door, but he told me I did not need to. Great work and great business ethics!

I needed a garage door and motor installed. It was a difficult project because my home is old... My craftsman was patient, did the work well, cleaned up after, and I have a lovely quiet garage door now. They have also seen some plumbing issues that I had. I was told I could buy what I needed or they would do it for me. I chose to do both.

Buyer beware. We hired these guys to build out a screened in a patio last year. I should have known something was up when they required us to buy the materials. Communication was awful. We had to call at least four times when they did not show up to start the project on time. Then, the work they did was just so unprofessional. Leaking occurred from the start, we had them back out to it but they made it worse. Now we have water damage to the house due to faulty construction and poor craftsmanship. We also asked for copies of permits and inspection records, which still have not been provided. We now have to tear it down, less than a year later, and rebuild. This project was way beyond their expertise. If I could give them zero stars I would. Kyle is a nice guy but impossible to get in touch with. We are looking at all options to resolve this mess. I would not hire these guys back to help with anything.

They started the demolition of my basement stairs with no permit. They left the lumber from the stairs laying on my basement floor and on my deck. They attempted a bait and switch after the stairs were demolished to the point I no longer felt safe using them., by stating the rebuild I selected would not meet city building codes. They then proposed a new build at a price increase of $1,300.00. There was no mention of contacting the city to see if the project could be Grandfathered in. Given that that and due to lack of communication I cancelled the project, and received a refund of 2/3 of the money I put down on the project. I will not hire, or recommend Handyman Connection of Eden Prairie for any other projects.

It took awhile to get someone back to get my project done after the estimate, but Alexander was very pleasant to work with.

I don’t want to

I hired this company on 8/5/2019 gave them the deposit and I was told the scheduling contact would get in touch with me in 5 days. Today date is 8/19/2019 and nothing. Made several calls and left messages and still nothing. Now I have to somehow get back my deposit and start over again. I never thought having a new storm door installed would be one pain in the a*s.
