They did a fabulous . They did run a little late

Rep who came out claims he spoke with my mother in Law, which says never happened. I called the service manager who very quickly followup for me. It was agreed there would be no charge for service, as I feel the service manager wanted to make matters right, cut his losses, and have nothing more to do with the situation at my house. Therefore I gave the value a 5, while the customer service with the rep who did the work was only a three.

Work was completed in a very timely and professional manner. The job turned out better than expected. Communication was excellent, responded to e-mail and phone calls quickly. Thank You!

Fantastic customer service! Starbrite came when they said they would and completed cleaning-staining my deck quickly ... at a VERY reasonable price. I'll definitely use Starbrite again!

We had our Trex deck "cleaned" since it had mildew spots and was dirty. The job looked great for about three days. The spots are all back. Not sure what happened. The person we dealt with was very nice and punctual on returning phone calls etc and at first I was pleased with the job but after spending money to have it cleaned and it literally lasted 3 days and then we saw the mildew start to return.

Excellent service, very knowledgeable about type of windows, cleaning screens and windows excellent. Easy to schedule; finished job in very reasonable time. Well worth the price.

First of all, if I were to rate the job based solely on the work that was done...I would have to give them a 4, the cleaner was on time and did a good job, although there were a few windows that had streaks, but overall, nice job. However, they get a 2 from me because after I paid them for their service, I quickly realized that the amount I was charged and the estimate were two different things. I was overcharged for the service and after notifying them, I was assured that it would be taken care of. It has been more than a month since service was completed. I finally received the refund check today.

They were not able to come on the original day due to bad weather, they called rescheduled and came when they said they would.

Extremely professional. Very competitvely priced and stayed within the project budget. I would highly recommend them. I intend to use them annually for staining and will use them this fall for the fence.
