It went very well. Both John and Kim were very helpful.

They were prompt and knowledgable and did great work.

Used a deal for duct cleaning. They showed up on time. Did a good job. Took their shoes off when entering the house. Showed us the amount of dust they removed. It was our first time cleaning the ducts and they needed to be cleaned!

They did a really nice job. The technician was professional and gave me tips and tricks to prevent the musty smell that happened. They were on time, prompt in responding to my emails, and did the service call on a Saturday, which I appreciated.

They were able to clean out the sprayers in the dishwasher, and advise what we should do to avoid issues going forward. Same with the refrigerator. Their honesty and friendliness, along with their advice, made this very worthwhile, and I will definitely use them again in the future. I've used many other appliance repair services in the past, but I'm going to stick with this one.

I called to make an appointment. The serviceman came as scheduled. He is polite and cleaned my fireplace. He didn't climb up the roof and inspect the cover, or examine the inside of the chimney. I think the $99 price is excessive for the work he did.

The men came at the time they said they would and did a good job. They asked if there was any thing else that need to be looked at, so after 23 years of using a close dryer I asked them to look at it and if it need cleaning. After that period of time it did need cleaning and it was done at good price. We were very happy with the work and price.

Good service. Prompt and clean. We were not able to be home but trusted they would do a nice job and clean up which they did. They did follow up with me as well when they were done to go through what they did and what they found. I would recommend them.

I wasn't home but my husband said they did a terrific job. They were only scheduled to do the duct cleaning but he ended up adding on the gas fireplaces which he was super glad he did. He couldn't say enough good things about them. They even sent him some pictures of the work they completed which I thought was a really great idea!

I'd asked for the provider to fix a broken gas burner on my kitchenaid stove. When they arrived, they determined that the part was no longer available (thanks, kitchenaid) and there wasn't much they could do. I asked if instead they'd be able to repair the broken glass in the oven door for the value of the Big Deal coupon. They said yes! They offered to come back with the part and do it on site, but I suggested they just take the door (which is removable) and bring it back when it was done. They were happy to do so, they replaced the glass and brought back the door, and I'm very happy to have it repaired. I appreciate the flexibility!
