I purchased the deal for my sister, and she said that she had a good experience.

They arrived at the original scheduled appointment promptly. Unfortunately, our brickwork around the fireplace had been installed poorly by the original builder and there was no way to get the screen/glass front off the fireplace. This also meant that the fireplace had not been cleaned since it had been built in 2003!!!! The next day, I was able to shave off some of the brickwork with a multitool and we rescheduled. On the following visit, they were prompt again. This time everything worked out well, the fireplace was cleaned beautifully and they also helped us install a blower fan that we purchased from amazon (they gave us the model number to look up). The fan is awesome and the room heats much more evenly now. The fireplace looks great and we are very happy with the service and we plan on using them in the future.

The service turned out great, they were excellent. He was very prompt, very professional, very friendly, and he didn't waste any time, but didn't rush either. They spent half an hour.

The job went perfectly. Done in 20 minutes.

It went Great. We wanted a fan replaced but were told that our unit has the fan built in and can't be replaced but I appreciated the honesty and the cleaning.

He was very knowledgeable and professional. He knew a lot about the fireplaces and I am confident there are no leaks etc. It is great to have a remote control from my bedroom.

Jessie and Dan were just Great! They were here on time and got right to work. They cleaned the ducts system. One of the registers was behind a heavy entertainment center, but they cheerfully offered to move it out. While here, they noticed that my gas fireplace glass was very dirty and offered to clean out the fireplace, glass and re-set the "logs" for $50. They did and it looks totally new! They were both very amicable, industrious and informative. I highly recommend them!

Our furnace had gone out and so we purchased a deal to have a new one put in. They were able to come out that same day and the work was exceptional!

It went really well. Very professional guys that explained everything they were doing. I felt like I got a great value.

Did not use this deal as it only applies to gas fireplaces. They were very friendly and understanding, we still scheduled work with them to be done.

John was very professional and did a first rate job. Explained how to use it and demonstrated it for me. He cleaned up the work area right away and answered all questions.

Received an email through Angie's List on Sunday evening from Anderson's at 10:35 PM that they had an opening for us on Monday from 3-6 PM. Sent a response accepting the time and thanking them for the prompt response. John from Anderson's called at 1:30 PM Monday saying he was on his way. John arrived within 30 minutes. I described the problem and John knew immediately where to look. Within 30 minutes the furnace was functioning and the house began to return to normal. This is our 3rd time having Anderson here to help us out and I intend to book them for regular furnace tuneups in the future. An excellent company to work with: responsive phone/email service; very reasonable charges; and capable, trustworthy technicians.

They were very professional and proficient. They cleaned our dryer out as well and we are very happy with the service.

2-man team was efficient and personable.

Can you gave better than an "A"? Used Angie's List deal to have two gas fireplace units cleaned, inspected and adjusted to prepare for winter season. Two servicemen arrived in the appointment window time and called prior to arriving to relay their status. They did and an excellent job and left no mess when work was completed and was very careful with furniture. Liking their work, I asked what other maintenance services they provided. I had planed to look on Angies's List for service companies that cleaned and adjusted furnace and hot water heaters and one that cleaned all vents. When they mentioned that they did all that I asked for a quote. I thought the quote of $349.95 for the additional work was very reasonable and since I was the last customer of the day they were willing to complete the additional requested work that same day. I agreed and they went right to work. Again, work was done in a very professional and clean manner. I was instantly comfortable with these two gentlemen in my home while they preformed their duties while my wife and I cooked and ate dinner. I would give better than an "A" if possible. I am sure to use them again in the future.

Extremely well. I have used AAA Anderson for years and they provide the best service out their. Their crew is amazing, caring and respectful individual who take a great deal of pride in their finished product. In one word the are AWESOME!

Recently moved to current home so wished to get appliances checked out as to efficiency. Fridge seemed to run a lot. Provider responded via Angie's List with a rather long list of warnings and caveats instead of what they would actually do in the service. It didn't seem very personal. I responded with my contact information and comments. They responded again through Angie's List, scheduling a time. It would have been better to get a call directly. Decided Fridge didn't need service at this time, so have cancelled and am requesting a refund. Updated 11/11/14. I found out AAA Anderson had called my wife, so there was a call to schedule after I'd given my phone contact through Angies response. I've altered the grade to an 'A', since it was my decision that the service was not needed. However, the first response through Angies was a bit too formal IMO.

Provider was extremely professional and went above and beyond what was included in the service when he noticed that my dryer venting had some problems. He fixed the issue quickly.

They arrived at the beginning of the appointment window, were friendly, but went right to work. Finished quickly and left no mess behind.

The work was going fine until the crew asked about other appliances they could service, and I mentioned an older fridge in the basement that seemed to have issues with frost buildup. They proceeded to try to defrost it, but used a screwdriver to try to remove the ice, puncturing the freezer lining and cooling coils. Our basement bar cabinetry was built to fit this fridge, and after extensive back and forth and weeks of searching, the crew ended up purchasing a used replacement refrigerator. They dented it when they delivered it and scraped up our floors and trim. The company won't be surprised that I definitely won't use or recommend them.

The service provided was good. They were here on time and were professional. The service itself was very quick and they cleaned up after completing service!

Team was very professional and on time. Did a great job getting my fireplace ready for winter use and cleaned it up. Before leaving they gave me update on how it was running.

On time, very personable and professional. Cleaned the glass to like new.
