The Whole process took about an hour. They knew what they were doing and described everything they did.

Didn't replace the "ash". Cleaned some of gas fireplace glass but said it couldn't be cleaned further (left white areas which I cleaned off after they left). Left a screwdriver on my mantle--I called, and they never picked up. Added chimney sweep duty, but see above. In and out in less than an hour. I hate giving bad reviews, but I wouldn't call this company back in the future.

I thought it went really fast for how much we paid even with the deal on Angie's list. The fryer was something they sold me on while they were there for a discounted rate. My hope is that everything is better now but it's hard to tell since they were both running fine beforehand.

I highly recommend them. They were professional and no complaints on them. I would use them again.

I was able to make an appointment right away, the person who made the appointment was very friendly and explained the likely problem to me, the repairman called and said he could arrive early if I wished. He obviously knew exactly what needed to be done and took care of the problem very quickly. I was extremely happy.

It turned out good. We had more services done other than the Big Deal purchase. We have fireplaces, so we paid an additional $60 to clean the second one and to clean our dryer vent. I was very satisfied. I wasn't there but my wife said they were very professional and conscientious about they're work.

It was wonderful. He did an extremely good job. He dismantled the whole thing. He put in the rocks so we could get the best flame.

Great. Remote control functionality returned to operative. Fireplace operation perfect. Logs, glass and surround cleaned of sooty film. Also, new material that adds the glowing ember look was installed so it looks even better than before.

They were very messy and I learned to never have that type of service done during the winter months. Also they dented the metal grills for my air vents. They did not remove them and they got dinged in the process of the cleaning.

On time and friendly and the whole nine yards!

They called to confirm it would be ok to arrive early, came in and went straight to work, told me about the dryer vent special but no pressure to purchase. Completed the work quickly and were very professional. Answered questions I had about the fireplace and left everything in perfect shape.

I bought a "big deal" for one fireplace for $111 and once they were here, they said they'd clean the second one for $50, so I had them do that too. With the two of them, they were in/out in 30 minutes. Glass looks great and they cleaned all the logs etc.

They were fantastic and professional during their visit but found that I was missing major components of the fireplace so they were unable to complete the services outlined in the deal.

The service went well. I had them sweep the chimney. They did what the deal stated and did good work. The technician was very friendly and thorough. I had no problem scheduling the deal.
