Prior to moving into a recently renovated home, we wanted to have the air ducts cleaned out. We have used Anderson's previously, and have been very happy with them. They called ahead to let us know they were coming and came on time. They were friendly and efficient. They pointed out that we might want our fireplaces/chimney cleaned as well, but were not pushy at all. We decided to have them perform the additional service as long as they were there, and were happy that we did- they certainly needed it.

The deal went great. It went just as it was supposed to.

It was a holiday weekend and he called back a couple of days later. I had requested them to get back to us as soon as possible. He left a message saying he doesn’t service LG and could not complete the repair. He was able to refer me to another person who worked on LG. The refrigerator problem ended up working itself out.

Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience because the glass façade on the fireplace developed soot just a matter of days after the young man performed the cleaning. I tried to call the company about the issue, but the owner was on vacation at the time.

Guys came to clean my dryer vent and when I inquired about duct cleaning they said they could do it the same day for a discounted price. Very professional and fast. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

There were two technicians that performed the job. They were both friendly and professional. I was present while they did the work so they took the time to explain to me what they were doing or would seek me out to show me what they had found. They were very efficient and thorough and clearly the ducts were in great need of cleaning. They pointed out things they observed even outside of the job they were doing. It was an interesting process. They replaced everything and you wouldn't even know they had been there with all the dust they found. They did sell me additional service outside of the the special I had purchased on Angie's List such as the dryer cleaning and additional furnace cleaning. I was happy to have them do it because it needed to be done and the price was reasonable. They obviously knew what they were doing. I will definitely use these guys again.

I bought a big deal from Angie's List. I wasn't home when they did the cleaning, my roommate was, but everything went great. No mess left behind and they put in a new furnace filter for me before they left. No complaints.

I scheduled an appointment and was given a three hour window during the afternoon. John and Dan called 15-30 minutes ahead of arriving and arrived on time. They didn't waste time and went straight to work. Within 20 minutes our fireplace looked practically brand new. It had been three years since we moved into our house and this was the first time we had the fireplace serviced. Who knows how long it had been since the last time (if ever)! I am amazed at how great it looks. While onsite Dan asked about the last time our dryer vent had been cleaned, explaining that plugged / dirty vents are one of the top causes of house fires. Again, we hadn't done that since we moved in three years earlier, so I agreed it would be a good idea. We have a rarely-used gas fireplace in the basement as well, which I decided to get serviced while they were on site. What started as the cleaning of one fireplace turned into two fireplaces and a dryer vent. Although it did cost more ($99 Angie's List deal to service one fireplace), the additional $100 to clean the second fireplace and dryer vent was well worth it in my mind and I'm glad it's taken care of. I would definitely recommend AAA Anderson and will be using its services in the future. FYI - AAA Anderson also services other appliances and cleans air ducts. We had that done recently, otherwise I would've agreed to have that done too. Another thing with which I was impressed was the additional time John took to explain the features and capabilities of our fireplaces. He demonstrated how to adjust the flame height and took extra time to troubleshoot the remote we never used previously. He also explained the differences between our two fireplaces and materials needed to service each of them. THANK YOU!!

My cousin was so excited, she lives in Forest Lake and she said that they are just right on my back door just about there in Fort Lake. She called them after the New Year. She had two fireplaces to be done so they did the one fireplace with the certificate and they only charged $60 to do the second fireplace. She could not speak highly enough about them on how good they were and how pleased she was with what they have done. She even sent me an email and thank me over and over again.

All went well. 2 representatives of the company came by. They were polite and respectful. They answered some general questions I had about the fireplace and operating it. They also explained what they were doing as they completed the tune-up. It was a good experience.

Fantastic from start to finish! When I contacted AAA, the woman that scheduled the appointment was incredibly nice, helpful and informative. I was given a 4-hour window and advised I would be called 20 minutes prior to arrival, which is exactly what happened. The two gentlemen were fast, professional and very thorough. My fireplace was extremely dirty and hadn't been used or cleaned since before I bought my house. Prior to leaving, one of the gentlemen walked me through the work they performed. My fireplace looks and runs beautifully! Since I've never used a fireplace before, he happily gave me a step-by-step tutorial on how to use, adjust, clean, troubleshoot and maintain, and gave me recommendations on future service appointments. He also looked at my HVAC ducts/vents and informed me of other services provided by the company. The best part is that he was not the least-bit pushy--simply informed, offered and recommended. I was very satisfied with from start to finish and will use AAA for my future needs.

It was fine. They were out within a week after I purchased the big deal. I paid more than the $99 big deal because we had them clean out our dryer duct as well which was an extra work for them. We paid $99 for the initial whole house and then another $30 for the dryer duct cleaning. They were very friendly and very informational. They gave us a lot on tips on what filter to use on our furnace and they told us that we only have one air return in our house though we are not getting the air flow that we should be getting for our house. They said we can have someone look into that. They were able to give us some information on what to look out for.
