Description of Work: Previous owners had not cleaned the air ducts the entire 20+ years that they lived here. The guys arrived on time and cleaned out the equivilant of 2 large dogs worth of hair from the ducts, and a heaping pile of grime and dust. They used a lemon scent with their pressurized-air contraptions that was very pleasant. They also cleaned out my dryer vent at a very nice discount because they were already on site.

Description of Work: Two men (I believe their names were Dan and Jason) called in the morning and asked if they could arrive earlier than the appointed time. I gave permission for them to arrive early and they came to the door on time. They were very polite and immediately got to work with the duct cleaning. They finished the entire job (including changing the furnace filter I supplied) in less than one hour. They cleaned up after themselves and then promptly left. The areas of the ducts that were visible to me were very clean so I'm sure that the rest of the duct system was properly cleaned as well. Overall, I was very pleased with the price and the services provided by AAA Anderson through Angie's List. I recommend them.

Description of Work: Very prompt,, professional and conversational. I've never had my gas fireplace cleaned and they were very careful with the glass and all other elements. I think $99 is a little expensive for 15 minutes work - but it's way cheap for folks who have wood fireplaces. I won't do it annually, but I absolutely would use them again.

Description of Work: Blew out the dryer vent. The job was more involved than expected. the vent was totally blocked but they did the extra work. I paid thru a Groupon, but paid them extra for the extra work. They did the extra work without expectation of extra pay. They were great.
