Description of Work: the white van was unmarked of any company identification, the workers didn't identify themslevs |A quick inspection and vacuum of the interior and clean the glass I was expecting a little more. |The worker did add some steel wool to make the cinders more real that was nice and it does look good

Description of Work: They serviced the gas fireplace. They also cleaned the lint out of our clothes dryer for an additional $50.

Description of Work: AAA Anderson's Appliance standard of service is outstanding. It was easy to set up an appointment, they called when they were on their way, arrived on time, went right to work cleaning my fireplace with no mess left in my home. They did offer to do the dryer at the same time for a discounted rate-I did expect that. I'm not sure there is a sales person out there that doesn't try to upsale. :) Not to mention, when my dryer needs to be cleaned, I will call AAA Anderson to do it. I only listed price as B because I think it's a tad overpriced for not difficult work. They are by far the most reasonably priced though.

Description of Work: We were very happy with the work that was completed. All of the heating and air conditioning ducts were cleaned as needed. The person who did the work even pointed out that a vent in our kitchen was not correctly sealed by a previous owner of our home and explained what we needed to do to fix the problem. Good job, cost was as advertised, we would use this company again. |m

Description of Work: I had to reschedule which went very well. The two tech's called before they arrived and were very friendly. This was just a check on my gas fireplace; I wasn't having any problems with it and they didn't find anything, although it seemed their focus was just on cleaning out the cob webs. They were very willing to answer my questions and walked me through re-lighting the pilot light. I did have to re-clean the glass after they left.
