Description of Work: HIred for duct cleaning. They were actually early! Knew what they were doing, did what was expected. Friendly but professional. They did find a lot of g*** in my duct, not unexpected. They also brought some other items to my attention, but did not press when I said not at this time.

Description of Work: Fixed the gas fireplace in lower level and cleaned it. Cleaned and tuned up the upper level gas fireplace. Very professional I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: Scheduling and punctuality were excellent. Quality of work was so so. Old ember wool was not replaced as stated in the deal. Glass was left with streaks. Dida good job vacuuming under the burner box, but otherwise not sure what other "maintenance" was actually done. Fireplace works fine as it has always done, so I guess I can't complain.

On the day of the appointment they arrived within the time frame for the appointment. They worked quickly and efficiently. They completed the cleaning in less than an hour and they did a good job.
