Description of Work: The office was easy to reach on the phone and the appointment was not too far out. Tech was on time and did a great job on the cleaning. It worked initially, but a component failed within a week which required a second visit. After some research online I'm confident this was actually due to the age of our fireplace (10+ years) and not as a result of the service visit. Both visits were quick and easy and our fireplace it working perfectly since the second visit. Priced were at or below other twin cities quotes I got for the same service.

Description of Work: We bought the gas fireplace cleaning and maintenance deal. The window of time given to me was between 12:00 and 2:00. The service man called and came about 12:30, cleaned our fireplace and got the remote working properly. He asked us if we would like the dryer vent cleaned out, so for the additional money he did that while he was at our house. He was very nice and the work was great, well worth the cost.

Description of Work: Did a cleaning and tune up on our gas fireplace logs. Diagnosed a problem with the thermo coupler which they are coming back to replace. Very professional, thorough, punctual and pleasant. I would use them again with no reservations.

Description of Work: This was a great buy. The repairmen were prompt, courteous, and very helpful. They gave us good advice how to properly care for our gas fireplace. They also cleaned our Dryer while they were there. The only charged $50 for that service, which I thought was very reasonable. | |I will definitely call them again in the future for appliance repair needs.

Description of Work: My husband was here during the fireplace cleaning. They reduced the rate for the 2nd fireplace and added embers to enhance the look of the fire!

Description of Work: They cleaned our upstairs gas fireplace for prepurchased $100 and for an additional $100 cleaned our downstairs gas fireplace and our clothes dryer and vent. The two men were very pleasant and worked for a little less than an hour to complete the job. They had the know-how and tools and left the work area clean and tidy. The $200 seemed worth it.
