Description of Work: They fixed the electric starter on my gas oven. Took less than 20 minutes. I was a bit surprised that the part was over $80 but I use my oven all the time so I needed it fixed. The person repairing my oven was informative, quick and friendly and I would recommend him and this company again. I would also use this company again.

Description of Work: In the days following the cleaning we had a lot of dust coming through the registers and settling on the furniture. This was not the case two years ago when a different person from the same vendor did the work. Where the previous cleaning gentleman didn't rush through the process, he made sure that he put disposable filters in front of the electrostatic furnace filter removing them when he finished. This made a huge difference regarding the dust issue after he finished. Also, this first cleaner two years ago left a tag with the date of the service and when the next service would be due. We had no tag giving the dates after the latest cleaning. We were disappointed by the work the two men did this time. At this time we'd be unlikely to use them again unless we were assured that the job would be done much better.
