Description of Work: Hired to do furnace check-up, adjustment. Came on time, were polite,did the job in a reasonable amount of time. Did "up-sell" me on getting our dryer cleaned and vents cleaned, which hadn't been done since we live there. So I bit and had them do it, but it's something I should be doing myself from now on. (I just don't care for being up-sold, though I understand that's how they make their money, and it's entirely up to me to say no, I know.) But they cleaned both out well, so I got my money's worth. | |They tuned the furnace and gave me some tips on keeping it clean and the reason for an annoying squeak from on part of the furnace. Turned out it was something I could easily fix myself so they even saved me money.

Description of Work: They were fine as far as quality of work. They showed up when I was expecting and cleaned my gas fireplace (regular maintenance). One of the service techs told me the pilot light wasn't working as it should be and that it needs to be fixed. It had worked fine every time I had ever turned it on, but he insisted that it was broken. He got defensive when I told him that it had been working fine and essentially accused me of lying. I could tell the other guy that came out with him was uncomfortable. The fireplace had worked perfectly prior to the service call and has worked perfectly ever since. I was left with the impression that he was trying to unnecessarily up-sell me.

Description of Work: We used a Super Saver Deal to Clean and Tune our Refrigerator, Dishwasher and Garbage Disposal. In the process, they figured out why the ice maker did not work and got the necessary parts and installed them for an agreed upon amount. Everything is tuned and working well now. I liked them so well that I recently purchased from them a Super Saver Deal to clean and tune our gas fireplace.
