Description of Work: They were amazing! We had just moved in and the dryer wasn’t drying at all. I called him to come out and he came right out. He looked at the dryer and said the heating unit was gone. He called around and found the only part all the way in St. Paul. He went out, got it, and came back to install it. The price was much lower than I had expected; it was great! He really went the extra mile.

Description of Work: We needed our refrigerator serviced and the springs in our dishwasher door replaced. The technicians who arrived were friendly and punctual, and were very straightforward with the diagnosis for our fridge: totaled. Rather than try to convince us to spend the $850+ with their company to fix the aging appliance, the senior technician advised that we buy a new one and even provided brand advice. He really seemed to care about our long-term happiness with our choice. The dishwasher door was fixed, but shortly after, I heard a loud pop and the door wouldn't hold its own weight. I called and the guys came back out and re-affixed the slipped spring--no charge. The proprietors (as evidenced by the woman who runs the office--Kathy, I think) are very organized and reliable, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell just from their detailed answering machine message that they know what they are doing in terms of customer service and don't want to waste anyone's time. This company is my go-to for appliance work from now on!
