Description of Work: Booked a special price for cleaning/inspection of gas fireplace (the offer was 1/household) but the guys noticed there were 2 fireplaces in the house and offered to to the 2nd one at half-price while they were here. Excellent work done; prompt and professional.

Description of Work: They never took the vent covers off like was told to us. My husband was home and I was not. One man work while the other chatted. Used a round hose in a larger square on the furnace without at least using something to fill in the gaps. I even feel bad that Angie's list had them on it. My husband said that they were rather crude also They told my husband that they sucked underpants out[how would they even know since it went right into a bag in the truck] I doubt that they found anything but dust. Just an example of how they operate. They list themselves also as repair work. seems to me they do a little of this and that. i wish you would screan a little better.

This client had a complaint before even getting there and doing the work about the last company she had out. states she had a allergic reaction to duct and the cleaning last time put her in the hospital with pneumonia . Which is very unusual. . After the service she called back two months later to complain she is still getting dust in the house. A very thick layer on the wood floors. I did explain your system does not hold that must dust to totally dust out the house. The system circulates the dust from the activity in the home. Dust is always present. We can remove dust from system but not from carpets, towels, and normal activity in the home. Dust is present due tot he activity in the house. I did let her know we would come back out to clean again at no charge. She set up appointment and later cancelled. I was doubting even accepting the job due to her complaints of service and last company. Knew shed be a hard one to please. We do see the dust and debris coming out of the system with the opening we have in the trunk line and we find very strange things all the time including underpants.
